Reports are anonymous, need no account, and are never tied to your name, address, or Apple ID. • The map shows reports grouped by neighborhood, colored by how many people have reported: yellow for one, orange for two, red for three or more, and green once two or more people say the power is back. • No signal? Your report is saved on your phone and sent on its own when a connection returns. • Reports clear by themselves after 24 hours. Report again to restart the clock, or withdraw yours any time. • This does not notify Hawaiian Electric or KIUC. The report screen shows the right outage line for your island so you can call them directly. Be prepared and be safe!
