About
Document construction stormwater inspections, controls and SWPPP field changes on iPhone and iPad. Draw disturbance limits on the map, estimate acreage, and record site observations and photos. Save unfinished inspections, report repairs, retain their separate verification history, and export reports and project backups. Local field records work without an account or network connection.
Use the project in AR on a supported physical device. Independently show planned geometry, field controls, findings, located photos and saved measurements. Open the actual linked records and original evidence. Measure silt-fence runs or horizontal footprints for erosion stone, seeding, blanket and mulch; optionally enter uniform stone depth for a volume estimate. Save the measurement with site photos, material certificates, product data or delivery tickets, and propose a SWPPP plan change. Review the exact proposal, record a named local approval, then publish a new local plan revision while retaining earlier plan snapshots and inspection records. Share the published plan and original evidence as a file package.
AR measurements and geographic overlays are field estimates that require verification against the site. Areas are horizontal coverage, and stone volume assumes the entered uniform depth. They are not survey or payment quantities. Recording observed work does not verify installation; a local approval statement does not authenticate qualifications or certify the entire SWPPP.
Import editable plans from the companion StormwaterCheck Plan Kit website. Retain construction phases, control identities, SWPPP responses and supporting files. Review locations before explicitly applying checked controls to field records. Return editable plans to the browser kit through files. Optional PurposeBuilt Organization sharing supports assigned project access, published field plans and selected findings with original photos for engineering review. Organization evidence retries while that workspace is active. Account-based sharing requires connectivity; local inspection work does not.
Permit routes are research-mapped and regression-tested, pending qualified human review. Coverage screening does not issue a permit or replace project-specific authorizations, approved plans or local requirements. Explicit coverage review is required before asserting permit-derived obligations or certification. Project backups retain inspection archives; editable plan files do not include the inspection archive.
