Cannot save game progress
I love the game but just bought this I pad I paid 5 dollars that you have to pay to continue playing at some point after couple thousand levels now I cannot transfer my game from phone to pad so I have to restart and rebuy this is not cool very upset I still have it on my phone hoping you'll add an option to save or transfer data please fix this is so hard to restart with not just the game but all the characters I had and the outfits and artifacts

The screen for level 516 requires you to pay $9.99 for the full version. Against my better judgement I did pay, only to see the same screen demanding $9.99. I have written to support every day, and have never gotten an answer. I want my money back!!
No issues and thenā¦
I am at level 564 in this game. I was playing as recently as an hour ago. I have not had any issues until now, when the game is suddenly saying pay for full version. Why the change all of a sudden and in the middle of a level?

My husband and I play this always. The new update shows that he has to pay to play levels. And yet on my machine it allows me to play. Can someone please look into this as it is our favourite game to play.

Iāll about the money I guess
Loved the game but once you get to 438 you have to pay to continue the story. Sorry but Iām not paying. I will watch ads but Iām not paying! So disappointed that it all comes down to profits from users. If the money from your ads arenāt enough then youāre doing something wrong.

The graphics are amazing and the games are just the right amount of difficulty without being annoying or frustrating. Wish I could just buy it without ads though but for some reason it isnāt an option
