About to get canceled

I’m definitely about to cancel this app. Initially you did not need to sign in to use the app now when I do sign in over and over and over. It keeps asking me to verify Instagram. I’ve already done this like six times. I’m not dealing with it anymore. I don’t even know anymore I’m tired of verifying I’m just gonna cancel this

Annoying and a ripoff

The app is driving me nuts lately. Something they’ve done recently has left me NOT getting what I PAID for. Blank space where photos or reels should be. It constantly happens. I will NOT be renewing and I should demand my money back for this last quarter. Doesn’t work more than it does. I emailed support and weeks later they give me some sad excuse. My advice is don’t buy this app. They’re others available.

Locks me out

I pay for the premium subscription and every time I go to login to look at a private account my instagram locks me out and forces me to change my password. I can't keep getting locked out of my actual account every time I need to login to this. I'll be unsubscribing if this isn't fixed.

Getting better

I do enjoy the app, and I appreciate adding highlights. What I ask, is being able to download the stories and postings. Also, if there’s a reel in the posting that we can play it.

I’ve also come across the problem that when I login Instagram picks up after a while that I am using the app and I get knocked out. This leads to receiving warnings from them.

Overall, I do appreciate the app and being able to watch stories anonymously. Appreciate how you are making improvements.

this is a really good app for many things however i find it sketchy on how theres an option to sign into your instagram account(s)

Love this app!

I absolutely love this app! The only thing I would add which I believe it used to be in an earlier version is the ability to see their following and follower count.

Other than that, it’s a great app.

Affordable but wish it allowed you to save stories

The one thing this is missing is to save the stories or posts you view to your camera roll. Other apps have this but charge a lot more. You can always screen record or screenshot but you have to edit them.

Inconsistent and unreliable

Half of the time it can’t retrieve an Instagram profile and shows a black screen. Sometimes if you close out and go back in it will show stories but not posts of the other way around. Rarely works as it should especially since it’s not free. Disappointing

Loses the point of being anonymous

It’s great at first and then it keeps wanting me to log into my instagram. I’ve deleted and redownloaded about 6 times in like 3 days now. It’s to the point where I can’t even open the app for 2 seconds without it asking me and I JUST redownloaded. It has gotten severely annoying and I’m hoping it gets fixed but for now my 3 stars will stay. If not for this issue, it’s a great app and does its job but I can’t keep deleting and reinstalling

All over the place

I’ve used this app on and off for awhile now, and find myself having to remove the app every so often before re-downloading again. It randomly won’t load stories, and sometimes tries to make me log in with my own IG credentials. I do not want to have to log in bc I feel like that defeats the entire purpose of this app in the first place. Off to find another option again I guess…

Nothing but problems

This app has a serious issue when it comes to consistency. Now it’s saying that to use the app at all you have to log in. You HAVE to? Part of this apps appeal is that you DONT have to log in to use it. And the team will come in the review section claiming the problem is fixed when it NEVER is. They have had the same complaints from PAYING customers for over a year now! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

It works off & on + updates make it worst

I’ve been using this app for about 2 years and the updates make it worst every time. For some odd reason it’s making me us my password for IG now which is totally uncalled for. I don’t know what the app developer is doing at this point.

For the most part it does what it’s suppose to do but I don’t understand why it doesn’t work sometimes like it won’t load people’s stories even if they posted them recently. It’s an annoying glitch that I’m pretty sure is recent because I’ve been using the app for about 2 years

A lot of glitches

I try to monitor my god children, nieces and nephews activity and sometimes I see they posted a story and it doesn’t show on the app, which I pay for. But when it works it’s nice.

App never works properly

When i search for someone, their profile comes up blank. I’ve checked to see if maybe the app needed an update, but it doesn’t have any. I will constantly close the app and try again and get the same error. I will be uninstalling the app, not worth the money.

It seems like the app only works when you don’t make a payment. As soon as you subscribe and the payment goes through it starts to mess up ! Can I get my money back please and thank you! It won’t search any name or do anything
