Story writer
The programme crashes when the Pirate Story shows a message in a bottle. This is disappointing as all the work is lost. Please sort out the blip in the programme to get an improved rating. The idea is good but the detail has not been worked out carefully enough yet.
Fantastic imagination tool!
My 6yr old daughter has loved this app since she was 3, and she has a great time hearing her earlier stories and we love hearing how her storytelling ability is exploding. She then extends the activity by writing them down and drawing pictures. Thanks for creating such an amazing experience!
Story audio doesn't play!
My kids spent 40 minutes creating a story only to find that when played it jumps through all pages with no audio. They were extremely disappointed. This app is NOT worth $2.99, and I would like a refund.
Frustrated students and teacher
I have used this app for a couple of years but with these last few updates my students and I have run into a number of problems. At the beginning of the year, students were having trouble saving the story. Now they can save the story but when they go to listen to it, it flies through the pages and you can't hear it. It is very frustrating because the kids worked so hard to create the story and aren't able to hear how it turned out. I have found these issues are happening on 8 separate iPads so it isn't an isolated incident.
In the past, I recommended this app to so many teachers and schools. Now I am completely regretting my recommendations. :( Please fix these issues!!!

Won't let me write player name
The app won't let me enter the players name therefore I can't use the app. Please send an update to fix the issue.

This is better then the lite one!!!! In the lite one you omly get one story per box.
Great app for several areas of exp communication
I use this app with students working on elements of a story, sequencing, improving speech intelligibility, and increasing expressive vocabulary. Most students who try it really like it and request to use it over and over.
Great educational tool
As a tutor and as a preservice primary school teacher I'm always looking for fun, creative ways to encourage my students to think and to create thoughtful and entertaining stories. I have used this application quite a few times with many of my students and they seem really engaged in the story telling process. It's a great application and well worth the money.

Nice game
Very good for learning and creating, even thought I don't play it to learn, i play it for the fun of it. Very nice, also take away that you have to buy like the space packit.. I hate that. Anyway, good game!
Great!
I teach English as a foreign language to children in Japan. My students loved creating their own story and recording it. They have very limited English but even my quietest student was eager to share her ideas with the group and record her part. Their parents were very impressed with the story they made. What a wonderful app! Thank you!

Good app
I think the concept is great and the app makes story telling fun. My only issues are the story is a little too long and u must complete the story before saving it. Otherwise two thumbs up!

I am a Speech Pathologist. I have attempted to use the app on groups. My student's deficits are in oral language skills. Consequently they are slow at formulating sentences for each picture. They also have difficulty with developing a cohesive story. They require cues and modeling. My problem with the app is that it is a 12 page story. With modeling and quick revisions the group runs out of time. You cannot save part of the story nor can you make the story shorter. I think it is has good potential. I would like shorter stories and the ability to save at any point.
