Issues with the Login System
I created an account and tried to log in with it, but it kept telling me that I had an invalid email/password/username even when I made sure it wasn’t incorrect. I made another account and precisely put everything in, and yet it still told me it was invalid. Is anybody else having this issue?
I’m having a slight problem
I like the app but while I’m trying to record my story it won’t let me fill in the information and it keeps logging me out of my account if this has happened to other people please fix it please
It's okay. But it won't let me log in.
I loved this app ever since I downloaded it on. my iPhone 8. Don't get me wrong. It's okay. But when I tried to log in with my old user name and password, it wouldn’t let me get in. Maybe it was because I used the wrong password or something. I don’t know. So, I thought changing my user name and password would do the trick but it didn’t work. I still can’t log in no matter how hard I try. I’m sorry. But this is too frustrating even for me to handle.

I love Storybooth, but I can't login.
I've tried logging into Storybooth multiple times and it always gives me an "error" message. I've even tried resetting my password via email, but it tells me that the "password reset link in invalid".
I'm not sure how long it's been since this app was last updated, but PLEASE consider updating it. Or at least fix the bugs within the app.

For people giving the app bad reviews, it’s just the mobile website just turned into a app file . Don’t expect it to be as perfect as you want it.
I like it but there’s a problem
So I wanted to talk about my crazy school years but I couldn’t login for some reason I did all the sep’s correctly but I just couldn’t if your going downloud storybooth your going to make a risk for now I will give it 4 stars
I can’t login
I want to to tell the story about a tornado I had recently on April. But I used my email name and pass. When I used all of it it didn’t sign me in it kept saying that I have a invalid name/email/password. I try to recreate it again but no delete account or sign off button is on the app. I tried it with different passwords and names and email it still doesn’t work and it says email already registered. I don’t have a computer until the next week. My grandpa and grandma are giving me the windows 7 and my 3 year old windows 10 died

I can’t login
I’ve made and account and when it takes me to the login page to start, it’s like all my info is deleted. I assumed my password was typed wrong so I said “I forgot it.” Then, they couldn’t send me the link to reset it. So I tried to make a new account. And it wouldn’t let me make one due to using the same email. And because I can’t change my password, I can’t make an account or do anything.

I got it and I wanted to record my story and then I registered like it wanted and nothing happen it still would not let me record it i wish it would work like this is so not fair and also it would not let me watch the videos if you would also use on a iPad like my cousin tried it still wouldn’t work 😡😡

I can’t submit anything!
I downloaded this app to tell my story, but after I record my voice, it kicks me out of the app. And when I try to get back in, I have to sign in all over again. I’ve tried to do this three times and every time it kicks me out. Now I’m straight up mad. Please fix. It would be an amazing app if this wasn’t the case. Another thing worth mentioning is that I can’t hear anything when I play the videos on the app; it’s completely silent. I wouldn’t recommend this until it gets fixed.

Soo I’m trying to do a story and this thing is wayyy to long and it keeps deleting my stuff please please please please please fix it now you are going to keep getting bad reviews if you don’t fix this I’m really disappointed and annoyed I really want to do a story.
I like it but there is a problem
So when I got this app I thought it would be Easy to use( which it is) all u have to do is log in and record your story then you put your title, your age , your yt channel name and your instagram name and they work together to animate it but here’s the problem when I tried to tap on title it would not put the keyboard up i don’t know if it’s just my phone screen or if it’s the app but please fix it i makes me mad when I can’t put the title in so again PLEASE FIX IT( if it’s the app).

I love the app
I think it’s a really great app to use. It helps me boost my confidence to speak up and I love these stories that people have done. When I close the app, it asks me to log in again, but I still love the app anyways. I can’t wait to share my story soon and maybe mine will get animated I’m hoping. :)
Best app EVAR
Hi! I’m Phoebe, and Storybooth is basically the best storytelling app ever. I wish I was able to record my TRAUMATIZING story of how I discovered that 20th Century Fox is DRASTICALLY changing. I burst out in tears after that news. I dunno WHY but Disney should not have done that! Disney, either bring the FOX name and emblem back or give 21st Century Fox their studios back! Either one of the two! Lots of love and have a great weekend!

I can’t login
I absolutely love Storybooth BUT.. there are some things i want Storybooth to change. For example, once you’ve made an account, it doesn’t save. I sign in, then when i go out it doesn’t save, it wants me to log back in and i don’t know my last account I’ve made but I made like 6 accounts and forgot all of them. Second is that I’m not allowed to have Instagram at such a young age. I’m only 11 years old and I really want you guys to add like a camera or anything so young kids can also do their stories.

So um u know what u sign in and stuff then u have to put a name that the problem so I was try to put a name that it didn’t work so I did it one more time then it sill didn’t work so I put a fake name and sill not working can u please fix it if u do thank u so much and I love your videos

So I have some questions not issues can you make two stories or only one because I want to make a second story second question or second thing you should add so I want to delete a story that I just made but I can’t so please can you add those things maybe just the second thing I said overall your thing is amazing!😍🥰

Crash
This app crashes way to much. I noticed that I was not the only one having a problem logging in , and that it’s not only me who can’t listen to my recordings it is still not working for me and I still can’t get it to stop crashing .So I am going to delete it and maybe download it again some other time! Bye ! Fix your app or no one will download it !

I can’t make a story .
I want to make a story and if I register it still won’t let me I have registered and I thought I was done so I clicked recored your story and it went to the thing where it said register and I want to make a story but it won’t work
Love this app but...
I love this app, seeing other people’s stories were inspiring and I plan on recording a story myself. The problem is that the comments aren’t popping up and it’s quite annoying please fix it ! It is a great app still and I highly recommend it!
