Negative rhetoric for clout

Don’t get this app. They have been known to try to get a leg up by tearing down their competitors. Even going so far as to make a post about Xoul.ai coming back, but trying to spin it as if they already relaunched and claiming that it is buggy. Then saying to use their app instead. This coming from the company that asked Xoul’s Reddit to boost them when starting out and others looking for alternatives Turing Xoul’s shut down. This company has shown it’s true unethical colors. Do better.

It has potential, but not great now

The unlimited ai chats and stuff is super great and a unique thing to have, and the character creation is thorough, however, the ais need a lot of work. They do not remember anything, if you say something they’ll just forget it after 3 messages, and they oddly will focus on one specific word. As an example, I said to an ai, “of course,” and the ai responded, “what kind of course,” and went on thinking we were talking about a class. Pretty bad ai but idk it has potential.

I’m very upset

I had been enjoying this app since yesterday, and today I made a character and that chat got stuck in continuous replying status, then I reloaded to fix it, and it deleted the entire chat and my messages and even my persona and I tried all I could think of to get it back and it wouldn’t work, and I was extremely upset cause I had spent at least a hour or while chatting, only to lose it. But I really do enjoy your app, please just fix this so it doesn’t happen

It’s a good app but I can’t seem to share my character

When I try and share character it won’t give me the link or anything it’ll let me report tho it’s a little annoying when I try to promote my account

Think the app looks good but not easy to use for blind users

I just downloaded the app and tried to use it yesterday. For the most part, I was able to navigate the app as a blind user an interact with the user interface; however, this app seems to have a lot of the problems that character AI has when it comes to being accessible for blind people. Firstly, when swiping through the app with my software, Apple‘s voiceover, which is supposed to make apps accessible for blind users. I noticed that some of the buttons were not properly labeled and I therefore had no idea what some of the buttons were or what they did. For example, there seems to be a menu button and a report button above the search bar. These buttons were not labeled so I had no idea what they were for until I pressed them. Secondly, when trying to make an account, it worked for the most part. I was able to fill in all the text fields with the required information. I was even able to check the checkbox and read the user license agreement; however, when I click the sign up button. It did nothing. I wasn’t able to sign up for this reason. so I’m very confused as to why I wasn’t able to make an account, I tried several times. Even wondered if it’s because I didn’t fill in the optional section of putting in the username of referral. furthermore, I would’ve found it rather frustrating if that was the case. I don’t know anyone who’s already using the app so to learn that on top of certain portions of the app not being accessible to me because I’m a blind user is rather disappointing. a lot of the app does work with my software so for the most part I am able to navigate it as a blind user, so clearly there’s someone actively trying to make it accessible there. But it’s just that certain buttons aren’t labeled at all and other buttons, like the sign up button, which is labeled literally does nothing when I press it. hopefully someone reads this and understands what I’m saying. I know it’s a very long review but it must be said.

There’s no account deletion

If there’s a way to register, there should be a button for account deletion, but there is none.

Also, the search layout is confusing and disorienting. I don’t want to look for both the user and character. I wish they were their own buttons so that I can look at characters only.

I was chatting with Five Hargreaves, but the message didn’t finish generating (it was sent incomplete) and I couldn’t find it anywhere on my chatting history

The search layout has been revised and will be applied in the next update. Our team is also aware of the incomplete AI responses and is working on a fix as quickly as possible. Login in, image and bot creation issues

I love the potential this platform has and how detail its character creation is.

But, here’s where I have issues. The log in is bugged on the mobile app, the username is bugged. Every username I can think of is “taken” apparently. So I sued google, but when I logged off and tried signing back in using my google, but it brings me to a white page saying that the server is busy and to try again later. I waited and checked like a few minutes ago and it still gives me that message

I then decided to use the website you guys have and it’s the same problem

So I created a new account using another email. When I logged off and tried signing back in, I forgot to note down my password. So, I tried resetting it, but it says “Failed, try again”.

The time that I was on that app, I tried customizing my profile and creating a bot, it all seemed fun and well. Until it rejects any image I try yo upload

Please patch these bugs as soon as possible, I love the detailed character creation but wish the description allows like 3000 words at least

Accounts Being Taken When Trying to Sign in

I made 3 different usernames and when I try to login, it fails and when I try the same username when registering it’s already existing so it’s basically impossible to login/make an account.

Great potential not there yet (Nov. 24)

This app has so much potential to be great but it’s not fully there yet. It runs slow and has some minor bugs in its functions. But it is easy to use and the possibilities are endless in creating characters and stories. With some time this could be amazing. It’s not all romance like other apps, there’s comedy, action, and more.

Again, it’s not there yet but with time this could be great.
