Wonderful First Story

I’m enjoying “Queen of the Night”. It’s my first story on StoryLoom. However the app itself can make it difficult. It doesn’t handle going from wifi to cellular well at all. I have to re-read chapters in order to advance the story. An easy fix would be allowing the reader to unlock chapters manually. StoryLoom also crashes at the end of chapters. I’m only 13 chapters into my first story & this has happened. Dev team has some work to do. Fix this and the app will be 5 stars.

Keeps shutting down

I really like this game the minute I started playing that is until I got to my 6th chapter it wouldn’t load next thing I know I’m sent back to my home screen so I got back on and experimented a bit a played another story and it loaded so I went back to that same story and the result was the same

Love it, but missing something

I love the whole concept of the app, but I wish character customization was an option, like on Choices, in the near future. 🫶🏾

It’s OK, but it has a few issues

Number one is the fact that it takes too long to switch from tab to tab trying to go from like your bookmarked stories to browse other stories. And also the fact that just some of the stories take way too long to load I’ll update with better view once these kinks get fixed.

Disappointing

I love the stories but it’s hard to enjoy them when you can’t pick up where you left off because it is constantly crashing. In the first two hours I have had to redownload the app 3 times because it can’t reload ONE story. Very frustrating and almost has me at the point where I no longer care and will not continue.

Fix bugs

If you want to restart the story it won’t unless I uninstall app and reinstall each time. Another issue is you have to wait for writers to update sometimes months or never so you get excited about a book then nothing. I have seen some great first chapters that I get excited about but then never a second there should be a requirement to at least finish
A story once it is started.

Please fix the bugs & crashing

This is the best story app but I’ve gotten to the end of several stories and it just freezes on the last chapter and I have to start the book all over again! There’s no setting to restart just the chapter, you have to restart the entire book. It also crashes often. Please fix it!!

Not working at all and app takes my credit but …

I normally won’t do negative reviews but I love this company and I am beyond disappointed. I can’t play any of their stories because the app won’t process the purchase of a story. It just spins in place. Then if I cancel out and just close the program, I come back and the credit is gone but no book.

Hello

The app doesn’t want to work sometimes and I get stuck on chapters in the story. Done tried restarting the game. Update my iPhone. Restarting the story. I even tied getting ahold of someone for help. No one has even answered me back. It’s a good idea for a app but needs a lot of work. I really want to read some of these stories too but I can’t :(

Crashes every time I restart a chapter

I be love this app and I love the choice making and how it’s free but the only thing about it is that it crashes every time you restart a chapter and won’t let you load the book

It’s got potential

I can definitely see the potential but as of right now it just isn’t very good the lack of music and faceless characters along with little to no sound effects it just feels empty

Way too early for launch

They should have waited to launch this until the bugs were fixed. It has potential but ever since the last update all I get is a blank white screen and I can’t do or see anything. When I contacted choices they sent me to a story loom pixleberry help site that also crashed. Not worth the time if you ask me. I am not going to keep chasing down support when nothing gets fixed and where they send me won’t even load. They really could have a good thing going if the bugs and crashes didn’t stop you from playing. Before the last disaster update the game kept crashing every few chapters and repeating chapters. Do not download and waste your time. All of the responses I see from them is a copy and paste response so they clearly are not concerned. The support team won’t help fix it anyways.

Good app

Love how you have to go on the website to create a story, but I wish you guys would allow people to customize names and character clothing options, for creators, who want to add that in their game. Edit: also please allow creators to customize children,babies or newborns and Teen? and pregnancy and animals. And also update the clothes for the creators, like for an example hospital clothes so we can put on our characters. And like how on your website you make it easy for creators to make stories😄😊👍keep it up! Good work.

Doesn’t Even Work - No Stories Load

I was super excited to try this, cause I’m a die hard fan of episode!! But then was severely disappointed because literally NONE of the stories load. It just sits on this permanent loading screen, hopefully they can fix this! Unless this is some data scam app or something then ohp… the damage is already done😭

super interesting stories and love that you don’t have to pay to play!

unfortunately, the stories crash frequently and i’ve had instances where i would make a certain selection in a chapter, and when i start the next, the storyline follows a different selection.
super confusing to play through again

Scam? Better than Episode, Chapter, etc?

Coming from a person who was in doubt about this game who thought it would be another money grubbing game where all the choices cost diamonds.. I WAS SO WRONG! This is BY FAR WAYYYYY better than Episode, Chapters, and all those other money hungry games! This game not only has AMAZING stories where your choices ACTUALLY matter but the fact that THERE ARE NOO DIAMONDS all choices are free and you start off with an INCREDIBLE amount of coins (to unlock chapters) that are renewed EVERYDAY!! This game is truly just so mind blowing.. I thought I’d never find an interactive story game that wasn’t money hungry but hey… never say never.
