Purchased monthly and still can’t unlock chapter 8. Tried multiple times. This app sucks big time. They should be taken down permanently.

This is fraud I want my money back. I read up until chapters 11 and it directed me to a different story. Not fair. Do not be trick into this app.
No Accountability
I downloaded this app to read Her Heart, His Ruin. After the free chapters I ordered coins; only offered on a subscription basis. At Chapter 22, it changes to a werewolf story and never goes back to the story I downloaded the app to read. There is no link in the app to report the issue. Zero customer service. I paid for a subscription that is useless to me after chapter 21 and no way to be compensated.
The app has very few features. Not worth the time wasted to download.

Waste of time
Don’t bother. You’re paying for a story that starts out fair but then continues on and on. Each chapter is then reduced to two or three short pages and each story has in excess of 200 chapters. Not worth the money.
Stories not finished
I actually purchased this app for a year so far three of the stories that I have started by the time you get to chapter 10 or 11 it switches to a whole different book One of them was rated number one
It’s a scam. Don’t download.
I paid $19.99 for an unlimited plan bc I’d gotten hooked on the free chapters of a particular story, only for it to go to Chapter 21 (out of 331), and then the book suddenly cut to a completely different story. And not as though it was a collection of stories where one ended and another began. Just straight up switched from a CEO story to a werewolf story. No way for me to finish the story I’d paid a stupid amount to read in the first place. And there’s no customer support, so no way to ask for my money back. This app is total garbage.

I went past the free chapters and was immediately directed towards the purchase of a subscription. There was no way to purchase coins instead or (even better) an option to watch ads instead. Thumbs Down on this app.
Don’t bother, waste of money
Worst app ever! I was reading one of the novels, it had over 300 chapters but only the first 22 were the novel I wanted to read! It suddenly turned into a completely different story! I checked randomly through all remaining chapters and at no point did the book I was reading come back! Believe the ratings on this! Don’t even bother with the download!!!

Horrible!
I purchased a .99 cent week premium that then goes to $19.99. Not only can I NOT open the next chapter, I can’t even open the ads any longer. I have tried to contact support. However, there is no option on their website for support or on the actual app. When you go to the website it has a home page, privacy page and user agreement only. Though the app has no issues with you trying to buy another subscription. Also when I tried using Restore it tells you server verification failed contact support! There’s no way to contact support!!!!!!!!
