Excellent app

My 4 year old daughter loves all of the interactive story apps from this company. $4.99 is a bit much, though, so I'm not sure we will buy more.

Short story with animations

This app is heavy on the animations and engaging children looking for things to touch. The story is short and has two options in the main menu: read to me and read myself. There is no option to have the words highlighted as the narrator reads it. There is no onscreen menu to change from one option to the other. There are 4 languages but you have to find them back in the original menu and once again, no way to change it onscreen while reading the story.
This app is cute but expensive and spends more time on animations that reading.
