There are many broken links to the St. Peters website making it inconvenient to read up additional info. There are also inaccuracies and typos in the push notifications. Lots of typos in the app as well. The editors must have graduated from one of the Zumwalts.

Wrong p/u dates
Not very helpful when the app is showing the wrong days for our recycling and yard waste pick up. Sent message a couple times to St Peters Recycling about the incorrect dates and still wrong after many months.

Collection bins
The bins are much too large and very awkward to handle. Please make smaller bins available that are both shorter and narrower. The collection schedule is very good, and I am happy with all of the services that promote recycling to protect our environment.
Wrong schedule on app
Can’t rely on the information this app displays. App says recycle pickup is on Tuesday when actually the pickup is on Monday.

I’ve had this app since I moved here in 2018 and always liked the little schedule but it was so simple once I got used to the 2 days trash pickup 3 days apart. Now that we’ve stepped things up here I like the one day trash pickup because most people in my small neighborhood are more on the senior side of things and stepped up to the recycling carts it’s much easier and meets my needs perfectly. Thank you for this step up and away from the really old system of the blue bags.

If all you want is a schedule it works. There is no contact info and the billing section just hangs. I’m pretty sure we could use a pdf file for the schedule and save a lot of money.

We’ve lived many places having been military and this arrangement, timing and the way the money is used to help on both sides the customer and the city and the trash and yard waste pick up; the whole system runs so smoothly and the app is fantastic!!

What’s better than outstanding?
Whatever the word or phrase is St. Peter’s trash collection & Recycle City programs are all well designed, well run and whatever the word is that’s better than “outstanding”. The Trash & Yard Waste collection drivers are so friendly & helpful. That our recycle program makes the city money as they sell our recycled materials to others is even better. Plus the city takes our yard waste and such and turns it into compost our residents can use. Keep up the excellent work & programs!

Wow, I just cannot explain how much this app has been REALLY REALLY beneficial for our household! No more trying to remember what day is what or how the holiday may or may not have affected the pickup schedule! St Peters is my hometown! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
