Excellent Product

My 13 year old son has been using Str8Bat for 3 months now and his Bat Speed , Timing and Middling has improved dramatically. The Stats and Analytics the app proved is very useful insight for the cricketers for continuous improvement.

I bought the Str8bat Classic for my son based on a recommendation from one of his friends at the cricket club. I really like the features in the app, especially the Benchmark feature, which allows him to compare his performance and track his improvement alongside his friends. Great product and customer service

I initially had an issue with the product as it wasn’t working properly. However, the customer service team was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. They took the time to connect with me over the phone and patiently troubleshoot the issue step by step.

When the troubleshooting didn’t resolve the problem, they acted quickly and arranged a replacement sensor to be sent all the way to Australia at no extra postage cost. Their communication, professionalism, and willingness to help were outstanding.

Really appreciate the excellent after-sales support and how smoothly they handled everything. Highly recommend this company for their genuine customer care and support.

Once the new sensor was installed, my son started using it straight away and was really impressed with the insights and feedback it provided. It made a huge difference, and we’re very happy with the product now.

Excellent to improve batting technique

I have been using Str8bat for a while and it has been a fantastic tool to analyze and improve my batting. The data-driven insights are very helpful, especially when you want to understand your technique objectively.

From my recent session, the app showed:
1. Aggressive shot timing: 87% (very close to pro benchmark of 88%)
2. Bat-lift angle in the V: Improved to 39° (close to pro level of 42°)
3. Bat-lift angle on leg side: 51°, exactly matching the pro benchmark

What I really like is how clearly the app highlights areas of improvement. In my case, it helped me focus on bat-lift angle and timing.

Won’t connect to the bat sensor which almost cost me $200 and when it did it would disconnect straight away. really disappointing

I have been using Str8bat sensor for a year now and I must say as a passionate cricketer it is a game changer in all my matches and practice sessions. This gives a complete insight about the bat speed, impact speed, timing index even the bat lift and sweet spot which are very crucial information to improve one’s game. I have definitely improved as a cricketer and especially as a power hitter with the help Str8bat sensor by correcting on improving on my bat speed and impact speed. And of late when the sensor started showing some glitches I reached out to the support team. Smrithy from the support team was very helpful in not only getting it fixed but replaced with the new sensors in quick time. Huge shoutout to Smrithy and her entire team!

I would definitely recommend Str8bat sensor to all those passionate cricketers who are willing to improve their game.
