SCAM COMPANY FRAUDULENT CHARGES
I have canceled this for the past 3 years. Every single year they keep charging me $99 again. Last year they agreed to cancel. And then charged me again this year. Another FRAUDULENT $99 charge. This company is a total scam.
Where is the scale / legend?
I’m the new version you took the % slope legend off of the green maps. They are now completely useless.

No option to cancel on their website. No terms of service either. Need to contact Customer Support. Not happy.
Doesn’t work, can’t cancel….
The app is very buggy, runs poorly and has significantly less details than the books. I reached out to them to make sure this did not renew and no one ever got back to me. No one answers the phone. No replied to my email. Their “chat” feature is a bot that says the same thing over and over again. My only recourse is to contact my credit card company to claw back the money.

Brutal
You’ll be super lucky to make it through a few holes without the app bugging out. I’d rather buy PuttView books than deal with this app one more round.
Great customer service error at first
I suggest installing and paying for app within the App Store vs in your browser at first I couldn’t get pin sheet function to work and recognize that I paid for the subscription. Customer service tried multiple times different things to fix it but finally got it fixed. They responded fast and got it figured out with in 24 hours. Can’t wait to test the green reading function.

Pin sheet doesn’t work $99
I purchased the $99 gps all access putt app and the pin sheet location feature isn’t working other than first 3 holes asking you to subscribe for access but I’ve already subscribed. customer service said it was good on their end. I re-installed app twice with no luck. Without that feature it makes it too time consuming to use during play and less accurate . Basically makes it useless without that part functioning properly defeats the purpose. I hope they can make a fix or create an update to the app so it’s can work on iOS.

StrackaLine - Does not automatically give GPS position while on Green
App does not give the GPS position of the ball when on the putting green - this is a manual effort - and takes time (I can understand the position of the Pin as it depends on the greens keeper) reached out to support - said it was in development - asked for a refund - hv not got an answer or acknowledgment - very disappointed.

Impossible to Cancel
Can’t cancel and they keep charging my card. Won’t show up as apple subscription in App Store and customer service is unresponsive. The phone number given just rings.
Also, impractical to use on the course and not possible to print for use in a yardage book. The reads are different than other yardage books for the same course.

Long time customer
Amazing technology. The data is so valuable for approach shots and green reading.
Now $99 I can get all the courses. That is crazy good.
I just got custom covers with pictures of my grand kids. They love it. So do I.

There is no better putting aid for an event than printing your own custom green guide with the fall lines around that day’s hole locations.
Pricing is confusing
There’s a basic online access tier but it’s impossible to buy? Their pricing is confusing. I’m not a dumb guy but after 5 minutes I still couldn’t tell you what the purchase options are. As best I can tell you need to spend $180 for the app to do anything but what it’ll do is a mystery.
Disappointing Changes
I used to have a different version (StrackaLinePro)of this app. It was a few bucks for all the courses played on the PGA tour. They have since removed the app and cutoff the functionality. Now they want an excessive amount for this app and for the books (greatly increased from a few years ago). Very disappointing. It’s basically only for PGA Tour/college players at this point, not casual players.

Currently Useless
Wants $179 for access to 200 courses green info which I cannot test. No courses in my Grand Haven MI area. I’ll just stick to normal putting using my own eyes.

Disappointing
Even if the potential is good, the app is shady. There is no link to the website or prices. Give away your email address for access just to a demo green. The reads were wrong for pace. Says to aim 55 feet short on a 55 foot putt... found the website and the prices are outrageous. I understand it's a premium app... but be more up front within the app so I can avoid giving you my email. I'll pass and pay the $10 for a Stracka book in the pro shop...it'd be cheaper to pay a caddy..
