Way too glichy, does not function reliably
Fun but glitchy
We run this app on an iPhone 16 with the latest software updates cast on a projector screen. The app can run great, then get glitchy after about 10-15 minutes of practice time.
Needs bear attack simulation
The app is pretty good, and the games are fun practice; but if there were a bear attack draw and shoot game, it would be fantastic. Having an adjustable distance and a few different scenarios along with that would be even better.
Great fun and practice
This app is great. I’ve been able to use it with either a projector and my phone or my phone with a sheet over our living room tv. Many other apps are just static target practice. I love that this app allows you to practice with your own firearm and moving targets at home.
Needs a calibration option
Fun little app, only issue is the app needs some way of calibrating. You can hit the target dead on and the screen will show the shot several inches over. If you learn to lead it’s not an issue but that’s not practical for its intended use
Issues
Jimothy target started shooting fine with my I phone 12, but for some reason now that target only causes the app to crash. All other targets are working fine..
App Crashes
Great training! It works most of the time with competition but with single shooter Jimothy crashes right away and the quick draw crashes once I shoot the paper target to start the training
BEST FREE DRY FIRE TRAINING APP
I’ve used lots of different dry fire training systems and this one is by far my favorite free one
Simple and affective
It might not have all the bells and whistles that some other laser training apps do, but it does what it needs, for FREE. My only change at this stage would be to increase the laser detection speed to work with higher frame rate phones. It would be awesome if the user could take advantage of the 2x optical lens on modern phones as well. Keep up the good work. Hope to see gradual improvements over the years.

Great for indoor practice
This is by no means equal to the thousands of dollars training programs, but it is for sure one of the closest that we get as a consumer. You have to figure out the phone placement against the targets, but once you do, it’s a solid home run. It shows the laser pull which indicates how you pull the trigger. Probably one of the benefits of this over a simple “hit”. I use multiple types of laser devices and everything works with it. Great product. Get it!
