Trash app

It won’t even locate the first address which is a post office. Do not download. Straight trash.

App Works But No Customer Support

So the app works but I’ve noticed it drains my phone battery unbelievably like to the point where just typing in 15 addresses which takes no time at all will drain my phone 10% in just a few minutes. The app glitches when first opening so I have to force close it then reopen it. Clearing routes doesn’t work either so it just says data missing. If I knew the devs supported the app I MIGHT spend the money on it but not now. Their support page says ERROR and Chat Support doesn’t send the messages at all. Wish it worked properly but I manage to make due. I’m kind of afraid that they might run the app and possibly use crypto miners and maybe that’s why the battery runs bad and makes my phone hot to the touch. Kind of upset if you can tell…

Changed phone numbers now can’t log back in no help number and I paid for year service

Please call me I use this app every day for 2 years wtf

App no longer functions

Unable to make new routes or optimize current ones “The data couldn’t be read because it is missing” And you can’t contact support without buying a support plan? Pass. Better options available.

Great for food delivery!

I deliver meals to homebound senior citizens. We used to use a paper schedule but there were frequent changes necessary because clients would have appointments or illness. Also, the number of meals per stop is not consistent. Straightaway makes it easy to capture the information and make changes as required. Since it uses Mapbox for guidance it works well even in rural areas.
Thank you Straightaway for making this volunteer work easier for our team!

No support

Can’t get help from anyone not even a bot. And FAQ doesn’t even work.

Not able to login

I used this app years ago and made an account fine now it won’t let me I e been trying for 3 days

Bad

Not finding schools is ridiculous

Not compatible

I’ve used an iPhone, iPad, and android devices and the app is far from perfect. The customer service experience is the worst. This app should not be available to anyone with all the system issues it has. Explain to me why it takes over 40min to get a confirmation code after inputting the info several times.

Deleting my bad reviews

Keep deleting my reviews and still haven’t answered me regarding issues with app…

Great UI, Needs Mass Upload Feature

I actually like Straightaway, it's not bad UI-wise at all. The interface is very easy to understand, which makes navigation smooth and intuitive. However, I hate not being able to mass upload addresses. Please add that feature! Additionally, some addresses couldn't be found, which is interesting and a bit frustrating at times. I'm not sure if Pro is worth the upgrade considering the lack of a mass upload option. Overall, a solid app with room for improvement.

Won’t take phone number to send code

Lame. Used app once and wanted to subscribe but couldn’t get the app to take my phone number to send verification code. Sent request to developer twice over a week and no response. Don’t waste your time

Can’t login anymore

App use to work good now I can’t login I put my cellphone number in and it says it’s not a correct number even though I’m a monthly subscriber to the service and I was using it without any issues until all of a sudden it kicked me out and now my 647 area code number does not work so I can’t login in. I am a delivery driver but now I’m gonna have to spend my money elsewhere on a different app.. it’s unfortunate because I did like this app

Has potential but not usable

App does not reroute me when I miss a turn and the route I put in was not even close to optimized even after refreshing for it to do so, that was the entire reason I installed the app. 2 stars for the concept I guess

Very helpful

Awesome app but it drains my battery soo fast

Was Great. Now Useless.

This app WAS the best routing app on the platform. Last month it logged me out of my paid subscription right before my UPS route began. Just like many users have stated, it would not accept my phone number for login confirmation…calling it invalid no matter the format. Tried support 20 days ago and recently 5 days ago. No response. I have a feeling that the Straightaway team has jumped ship but forgot to hang an “out of business” sign in the window. You guys need to REFUND me for the days this app sat useless!

...

you can't change the start/end? really?

Lots more work needed

I can’t even get past the authentication after downloading and opening it. The app says my phone number is invalid. I know my own number. Tried it with and then without a 1. Fail

Can not use

After trying every possible phone number variation. It still will not let me create an account. Maybe it’s a good app but if I can’t get in, I’ll never know

Need better support and contact info for this app.

Won’t let me login with my phone number. Support never contacts me back. And every time I click on next stop, it goes blank and I have to swipe out of the app and click back in it.
