Messages has been rebuilt around what you need to know. The new Sent view lists every text and email Strata sent for you, who it went to, and whether it arrived. When one doesn't, it says why and gives you the fix: correct the number, send it again, or see that the customer opted out. Snooze or dismiss anything you have handled, preview any message exactly as the customer saw it, and see every automated text on Home the moment it goes out, so the work being done for you is never invisible. Your client list now answers the questions you actually ask. New views for top spenders, most visits, seen in the last 30 days, not seen in 60 days, owes money, no visits yet, added recently and agreed to texts, with total spent, visits and last visit on every row, and an order picker to match. Every list in Strata shares one clean filter row that shows you when there is more to the side. Custom message wording gets a character count and a heads-up about links carriers block. Your plan, at a glance. Settings now shows the plan you're on and the date that matters next, in one line, with one button to manage it. Choosing a plan takes one tap: both plans side by side, the price in front of you, and a clear note that nothing is charged until your trial ends. If a trial has ended, one tap turns everything back on, and every client, appointment and invoice is right where you left it.
