Trash app can never get a bus
Always can never book a bus for some reason no matter what.

Absolute 0/10 service. I can never find a bus to book whenever I need one, and sometimes whenever I do find one it tells me there’s a high amount of people booking buses and it cancels my ride. This system needs to go and they need to bring back weekend service.

Will tell u 10 mins for 20 mins than will say here or say u have 6 mins left and I’ll be walking to the stop and it rolls past and the app say 6 mins away on don’t even show on the map

Half the bus stops just don’t work apparently. You try to book from fir street and it’s just no ride’s available. Which doesn’t make sense considering the stops are part of the system.

Hard to book On Demand Service
Very hard to book even at exactly 7:15pm the app will say no bus available!!! Booking in advanced starts at 12:01am ON THE NEXT DAY. The old app is easy to navigate and easy to book in advanced. This new app is not user friendly. Request to have a booking option on the same day with reasonable time selection. My house is near a bus stop and the stop that was pin when I'm booking rom home is on the other subdivision which is way farther.

Lack of morning commute options
I need a bus to get me to the transit station in the mornings so I can go to school (my classes start at 7am so it’s early.) They don’t have any options to get me to the station to catch my bus to university. My dad used to take public transit to work every morning (swp to downtown Edmonton) at 5am from his house, but now there are no morning rides available from my location to the bus station in order to get me to school.

Worst app
Absolutely awful app! I’m trying to book a bus to get home from Bethel (currently commuting in from Edmonton on the 411 that left city centre at 6:45pm) with no other options for local service after 7pm and it keeps telling me there’s no service available! So now I’ll get to bethel at 7:15, need to book a bus (if it lets me), wait for it to eventually show up and get me home? Waste of time! Why isn’t the booking time opened 30 mins before this stupid “on demand” service starts?

Amazing service with a few user experiences issues
I am astonished at how quickly I can get where I’m trying to go with this service compared to the last app, and the old fixed-route system. It shows me multiple routes at different times and allows me to actually run errands on transit in a reasonable amount of time.
There a are just a few issues with the app itself:
- It will often say a trip is too busy, but then after refreshing allow you to book that same trip
- It is not effectively communicated anywhere that scheduled trips are not available same-day. While the service itself is extremely fast, and more than makes up for the inability to boom same-day trips, it should still be clearly stated.
- It is not clear which side of the street your bus will be arriving at. It should be stated somewhere that to increase capacity and speed, buses arrive at the closest stop in the direction of travel from the vehicle’s previous pickup or drop-off.
Otherwise, the service is amazing, the buses are amazing, and I am so happy the county has found a functioning alternative to the 490 fixed-route system.

Great new option to get around Sherwood Park

Annoying
The old app was better and far more simpler. This one does not show all the times, or even days. I try to book for the following day but it only gives me options for days later. It also chooses the bus stop for me, and chose the farther bus stop despite one being more close to me. Wish they did not change the app at all. This one is horrible.

Forgot my password, so I was prompted to enter my phone number and be sent a temporary password... It's been several hours and nothing. Off to a great start
