Cannot find my apartment
Some buildings are missing. Even as an existing tenant I am asked to fill a move in form for some reason. Overall I personally had a difficult experience with this app and its interface.
Service charge incorrect billing
Despite several emails and providing Title deeds to confirm my service charge liability, Stratum still have debt on my account which was confirmed by them will be amended. They have the previous owners Lootah holdings balance added to my statement, they had promised to amend this but is still showing on the system.
