Everything Deleted

The app is user friendly and honestly a good platform to begin writing on. This being said, all of my previous project suddenly deleted, which makes the app unusable.

With our recent update transitioning to the new web-based editor for cross-device syncing, some older projects may appear missing until they are fully synced. Please reach out to us at contact@stratword.com so we can personally help you migrate your previous work over to the new system. We want to get this fixed for you immediately!

Amazing until…

This app is user friendly, and quite easy to use for newbies, until you want to complete the piece and it converts. Every thing I’ve converted on here is distorted. It disappears a quarter of the page, making the pdf unusable for edits or sharing. I’m unsure how I am supposed to use my own work at this point, as there seems no way around this in the saving process. Please help!
