Game Developers need to update this
Spooky game but like the other Stray Souls game it needs to be updated due to the cutscenes being completely black
Can’t restore and glitches
Good game but none of cut scenes work and you can’t restore the game after purchasing. Real shame.
Cutscenes are black
The cutscenes are all black so I can’t tell what’s going on. Other then that I found the game fun and challenging. I liked the bonus chapter as well. Prefect prequel to the first game

Issue with cutscenes

Would love this game but…
Just like other reviews, the cut screens just go dark. You can hear what’s going on but that’s all. As anyone knows, the cut screens are the best part of these games. That’s where all the suspense is played out.
I was on the free trail but I won’t be purchasing the full game because of this. I’m really disappointed.

Great game, shame the devs can’t be bothered to update so the cut scenes work….buy once own forever??? Not if devs can’t upgrade…
Stray Souls
Sadly, like many games bought ‘for life’ this hasn’t been updated in many years. It was a good game, and at least it is still possible to download it, which isn’t true of so many others. I can’t see the cut scenes any more now, but I can skip them and carry on.

Pretty good game only problem is the cut scenes are just black screens don’t know if it’s a bug I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled to see if that fixes it didn’t
Black cut scenes are definitely anissue.
This takes away so much enjoyment from the game and the star rating will go upmif this is fixed, because Iam enjoying everything else.
CUTSCENE ISSUE!
I really love and enjoy playing this game. I love the puzzles, the stories, the characters and I really enjoyed the soundtrack. I’ve been having this issue on my sixth GEN iPad mini where the screen will go dark during cut scenes. I read other people are having this issue as well, so if you’re reading this review and you’re having the same issue, please write a review about it and report the issue so that we can get them to fix this.

Best game ever
The graphics in this- no, all of Big Fish’s games are impressive, after playing at least like 5 different Big Fish hidden object games, every single puzzle is unique, the only puzzle that is similar is the find the object. This is by far my most favorite game, if this review does not make you play this game, I don’t know what will.

Not worth $7
The game puts up a $7 paywall and lasts maybe 30-60 minutes more if it takes you a while. I usually don’t write app reviews but I’ve played other less expensive puzzle games that last 5x as long. Do not waste your money
Great Sequel to a Great Game
Stray Souls was an awesome game and this sequel takes it a step further. The atmosphere is creepy, the storyline dark and interesting, with just enough twists and turns to keep you on your toes. If you like dark HO/mystery games, give it a try.
Cut scenes broken.
Just displays a black screen when cut scenes are playing. Cut scene sound is fine and the game itself works (so far). Probably an easy fix but as the devscznt be bothered to fix it, I can't be bothered to buy it.

Not the first time I have had problem playing on iPad.

Only on the transitional screens_ video is black. Ruins an otherwise fun and challenging game. Cant spend my money and cannot experience the entire game. Very disappointing and no suggestions or tips on the website

The graphics in this game are great but you loose a lot because of the black cutscenes. I am really disappointed that I paid for this game and it doesn’t work. Please fix it!
