I can’t even open the app!
Glitch
I uninstall and reinstalled the application and it is still glitching and not opening up or redownloading to my iPhone. Very frustrating.
Fine until today
The app opens but doesn't fully open to the actual app itself. My application software is up to date, I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the application, and restarted the application and my final result was reaching tech support with Strayer and they basically did not have an answer for me. They advised me to do all the things that I’ve mentioned that I’ve already completed so now I’m here trying to figure out why the app is acting buggy

Horrible App
The app is relatively useless.
Crashes
The app crashes and force closes causing me to head over to the mobile page instead. There is no update available to the app, and navigation is not currently possible.
Notifications an unr solved issue for YEARS?!
Wow. I just saw a review from four years ago talk about how old notifications lingered. I've been a student and have had this app for almost four years and notifications problems still plague the app.
When one action happens, like an assignment getting graded, or someone replying to a discussion post, I get MULTIPLE notifications?! I'll see 4 notifications, login, and see one actual alert. Extremely annoying.
I am uninstalling/reinstalling today, and if that doesn't fix anything I'm prepared to finish my degree without the app. Only reason I had it was to check grades.

App is broken
I get notifications that don’t appear when I open the app. The grades and objectives aren’t syncing properly. I have to open, close, then open the app again to open properly. Several times my courses don’t load. Broken since the blackboard went down a month or so ago.

Can no longer answer daily questions
Whenever I go to answer a daily question and hit submit the app just closes. This started happening about a week ago while trying to use the app on my iPad ,hso now I have to go to the full I campus website.
Not working
The app has been great until recently. Now it will not load anything. I have deleted it several times and added it back in hopes that it would help but no luck. The app is now useless!
Strayer
The app does not allow me to see any information. It will give me a notification but once I open the app I don’t see my courses or any information such as conversations etc. the blackboard does not show at all. I will be deleting the app

It’s won’t allow me to stay logged in. This is annoying when I could do some of my school while on the go.
IPhone pro max (videos don't work on it)
when I got a new iPhone the Videos dont playing on my iPhone pro max. However it worked on my older iPhone. It Keeps telling me to allow third party cookies. And I contacted apple and they said there has to be something wrong with the app itself because we went through all the trouble shooting thru them to try and fix a issue and still not working. 😔 Does anyone know the fix? I tried deleting app and reinstaling as well still no fix!

Hello, we are very sorry to hear about this issue you've run into. Could you please contact IT Support to report it, such that we can see if there is anything about the way the videos were set up in the course or the way the app is pulling them in. There is a handy Help Desk link in the More... section of the app menu. Again our apologies for this bad experience.
Not working
This app was working great for a while, and now it doesn’t work on my iPhone or my iPad. It logs me in and then doesn’t load any of my courses or my assignments. I can only use the app on my phone. Can someone fix it please?!

7/20/2020 update
My app updated yesterday, on July 20, 2020 and it definitely has a lag now but the notifications tab is the most annoying part. To make the notification on the app go away, we now have to wait for it to open up fully rather than just tapping the notification and pushing the close button
App keeps crashing when I try to log in.
My application keeps crashing when I try to log in. Please fix this issue with an update so I can use my mobile school app and stay updated on my current school work and grades. Thanks a bunch :)

Hello, we apologize for that super frustrating experience leading into a new quarter! Hopefully you tried it again later in the day Monday 7/6 or after -- there was a data issue on the back end that needed identification and fixing. Thanks to all students who spoke up!
