Great little app

I like its design.

I figured out how to unsubscribe from feeds. Yes, it's possible.

Impossible to remove a feed??

What the heck!!

Response from developer

So sorry for any confusion, Cyanomys. You can delete an item by tapping the + button in the upper right corner. When the list appears scroll to the one you’d like to delete and swipe the row from right to left. It’s something I need to make a bit more obvious. Thanks for the feedback and for giving Stream a try!

Lacks Two Major Features

1. You can’t adjust the text size of the articles
2. There is no full article mode

There are other smaller issues too

1. There is no way to edit the name of the feed
2. There are no folders to put each feed in
3. There are no push notifications

Nice app

This app has tremendous feature. I will recommend it to everyone. Thank you

Delightfully Simple

Thank you for creating this. 🙏

Excellent App!

Would be even more excellent with a macOS port using Catalyst. A+

Response from developer

We have a native macOS app in development. No delivery date, yet, but it is coming.

Simple NO bull news reader

I tipped the guys for this brilliantly designed reader. The only request is to be able to make folders. All news / all science etc etc, so you tap a folder and read related articles. Other that request, awesome stuff THANKS

Response from developer

We will add it to the list of feature requests! Thank you for the tip! 🧡

Great reading app!

Great app, quickly pulls my subscriptions and focuses on the content with little distractions. Congrats Rob on the great app!

Great, but not ideal (but I really want it to be)

I absolutely /love/ the elegance in simplicity this app provides, and it genuinely might become the RSS reader I use for the indefinite future... BUT I would really like the option to be able to mark articles as read, even if just by greying out the text. Something to differentiate it all would be helpful in my eyes– any plans for future updates? I'd love to see it :)

Thank you for your wonderful review. I work slowly but I am actively developing new features and your particular request is on the list. 😄

Only 1 thing makes it worth it

This app really bites. It is so basic that the lack of features is annoying. It only shows a small amount of text, and when you tap it goes to Safari. There is no categorization of feeds so you can focus on certain types. And no home screen widgets.

But the one thing that keeps me using it? There are NO Unread marks. Until I can find an alternative that ditches unread marks, I am sticking with Stream.

Hi, I’m sorry to hear you’re unhappy with your experience. The app is receiving updates and I have a nice list of things to improve. Just a quick note about the lack of post text. Stream displays all text included in the feed you’re subscribed to. This is something I plan on improving. Take care and thanks for using Stream.

Wouldn’t mind a more visual option.

I know this suggestion would perhaps be counterproductive to what this app sets out to do I like the simplicity I like that it’s ad free I wonder though if they could add an option to fetch pictures from the articles in your feed I personally like to skim my feed reading articles if something catches my eye with this app I have to read each title of the articles not the end of the world but having the option to see pictures for my articles would make my personal browsing experience better overall a wonderful app

Hello, Thank you for the feedback. I’ve added it to our list of requests. It’s definitely not out of the realm of possibility.

Simple and elegant

The concept is simple. The implementation is elegant. It kind of reminds you of “the good ol’ days” when apps were more focused on being nice and useful.

Nice and simple

If you’re looking for a minimalistic RSS reader, this one could work for you. Dead simple to use.

Love it!

I’m a fan of the simple design. It’s fast, intuitive and just works! Awesome job.
