This app would be greatly improved if users were able to cast the programs to a smart tv as can be done on the Netflix and Disney+ apps.

Signing in with a Tv
Recently the app has problems signing me in with my TV because the website doesn’t work . Every time I click the QR code and try to log in the website crashes . I like to watch My Matches on the TV!!
Not even worth 1 star
Completely useless. No stream ever gets past Standard Definition and they all keep freezing for 5-6 seconds every 2 minutes or so. Nothing associated with Trinidad works well. The issues we face living in a 3rd world country where there’s no foreign competition to ensure services are well provided.
Nothing Up to Date
I tried watching the new episode of Tulsa King (Episode 9) and only the first 5 episodes were available. This is not helpful

Terrible App
Every stream I select says “Source Unavailable”. Waste of time and money. I cancelled my subscription after just ten minutes
The worst
By far the worst app there is. Imagine I’m paying for a premium service and it’s less reliable than an illegal streaming website. Currently sitting here in frustration because Wrestlemania isn’t playing due to this unreliable service saying that there isn’t any available servers. Cannot understand why we in the Caribbean have no decent streaming platforms

I was just done with signing up and then all I got after I signed up is a loading screen Thanks a lot for this garbage app EDIT: it started working BuT then all the games say playback error and that I don’t have permission! I’ll just march down to fifa lane and ask for permission to watch a soccer game! 🤬🤬🤬 WORST APP-EVER

App is unreliable
This app is easily the worst of all the streaming service providers. It’s difficult to navigate and often crashes forcing you to delete it and re-login to access it again. I wish we had better options in the Caribbean to reliably watch cricket but it appears that we don’t. I’m very disappointed.
App doesn’t open
Would you please fix your stupid app. Everytime I have to watch something on it, it doesn’t open. I have to then delete the app and reinstall it and enter my details. Hire the right people to fix this. It’s ridiculous.

App not streaming good at all
Just updated the app. Love the additions like Paramount+ etc. However I’m here trying to watch a football game and the stream is sticking. And then the app has shut down 3 times in under a minute. Trying to watch the game via a browser. Still sticking the same way.
Fantastic customer service
I tried to subscribe to watch Leeds United from my home jurisdiction without having to go into a store. By phone and by app it was impossible. I actually found a customer service email address on line, and I reached out more in hope than expectation.
That’s where I found Brandon Carvalho.
Brandon went so far above and beyond. He explained all the issues to me, helped me subscribe via the app and got some glitches fixed., maintaining contact over 2 months. This is a great product and Flow is very lucky to have Brandon! Cheers!

Unable to watch what I pay for
I am paying for a subscription but I am only seeing free version. No option to log in.
App has glitches
I am a paying Subscriber and used to watch sport but all of a sudden it keeps telling me to login and once I click on any sport options it takes me to the subscription page which is blank.

So am from Jamaica living in the US while I was in ja I could watch all pl matches when I just got to the US I also could have I really love the app until now when I open the app all I see is regional sport I don’t what happen
