At the click of a button, you will have access to a licensed healthcare professional who will advocate for YOU, via real-time video, call, or chat, during your medical/health/wellness appointments. Our advocates ensure every respective question pertaining to your care is asked, that your care plan is clear and that you receive easy-to-understand notes after each visit with understandable follow-up objectives. We encourage you to share those summaries with loved ones and advisors to ensure everyone involved in your care and well-being is informed about what you need to heal, recover, and thrive. We can accompany you to medical appointments, hospital visits, wellness checkups, various therapy sessions, and/or nursing home checkups, to name a few.
