Don’t waste your money, honestly the worst vpn service I’ve used to date, won’t allow use via mobile data, with a constant error message of ‘copyright’ or ‘roaming’ save yourself the £8 👎🏼

I have used ExpatVPN on a number of occasions in Spain without problems, but on signing up again Spain is the only country available on the country list and I can’t get U.K.
Support is through a third party and is non existent. I have cancelled my subscription but still have to pay for a useless month. It seems that ExpatVPN is intent on destroying its business.

Reliable and affordable VPN
I’ve been using this VPN service for a UK VPN for well over 10 years ....mainly to stream British TV from within Europe. I’ve just re-downloaded the app on a new device and I was shocked to see such bad reviews. I feel compelled to write them a good one! The service is better than it ever was and I find it 99% reliable. Bravo my ex-pat network!

I’d give this app and the people behind it no stars at all if I could. Poor platform reliability and they take your annual subscription without giving any notice or alert ahead of the renewal date. There isn’t a subscription service I pay for that does this and their customer services are unhelpful and dishonest in their drive to take your money. Stay away - there are plenty of better and free VPNs available.

You subscribe and you cannot cancel
I have subscribed to this service about three years ago. It worked for a couple of months and then I could not access the service and unable to cancel it. They keep charging me for the third year now! I am trying to log on to my account, but it says that username is not recognized!
Customer service denies the problem and refers to the terms and conditions that I apparently accepted three years ago!

Doesn’t work in China - for me, at least
I got this to watch UK TV in China. It worked for a couple of weeks but then stopped working. Technical support sent me numerous fixes to try but none worked. I’ve wasted hours on this and have got nowhere. I’m pretty tech-savvy, so it’s not me being stupid; Express works fine for me, but this VPN has just been a waste of my money.
