Puzzled
I have seen this app in performance on the great Sound Test Room YouTube channel. It’s a marvellous and original idea for an app and a big credit to the developer.
However, I’ve purchased the app and when choosing a square, sometimes I got a channel, but then when loaded in AUM, I tried every square but got nothing. I then tried reloading the app, but it’s still not working. Are the stations already connected in there?

Yes, good and has potential
I agree with the other review that pointed out Streemur’s ageing process. It needs a little TLC in terms of how much of it works.
Also, this is great for introducing, in particular, voice to projects but being able to control it with MIDI would make it a five star app. Being able to switch stations randomly or assign buttons to MIDI notes would make this incredibly flexible.
I’m glad it exists and acknowledge it is free but if it was better I would use it in core projects.
I would also pay for it. I haven’t come across another app that does what it does.

Update: Dev was responsive to concern and fixed it. crashes a bit in AUM as it is IAA. Would love to see auv3 version.

Greetings bluemeanieface. Hoping all is well in Pepperland! Yes, currently Streemur is IAA only. The original description stated that you can route it through IAA or AUv3 effects ( which one still can in a supported host ). I understand that perhaps mentioning AUv3 at all in the description may be the issue. I have removed that reference to AUv3 in the new version's description. Thank you, and I hope you can still enjoy Streemur whilst it supports IAA only at the time of this writing. Porting the engine to AUv3 has proven to be a greater challenge than expected!
Good but
Very simple app, not a lot to say about it. It’s IAA only, not AUV3?as far as I know. You can add your own streams into 5 slots. However I think you should be able to add streams into all slots: as the app gets older more and more of the preset streams do absolutely nothing as certain stations stop broadcasting.

Spotty performance
Running in AUM and sometimes it streams audio, and other times I can’t get any audio to play.

I would be happy to fix the streams that are not working! Just send an email to gadmin@caseyit.com with details and I will take a look. From time to time some streams become unavailable, but I should be able to replace them.

a good start, and...
I am really enjoying this little app, it’s fun to use when creating soundscapes. A few added touches would make it much better.
First of all, it needs to have more than one default set of 50 stations. There is some good variety there, but after a while, it gets predictable. Having a list of several hundred streams that could be randomly distributed over the buttons would be awesome! if it’s easier to program, you could set them up in blocks of 50 and allow users to switch between various blocks. That way, you could occasionally offer new blocks as part of the upgrade to increase value.
Second, and related to the first: please remove and replace any stations that start new streams with a station ID and advertisement! Several of the United States public radio streams do this every time, and it’s kind of aggravating. :-)
(Edit: as you can see below, the developer has stated that this problem will be addressed. Thanks very much for the fast feedback, adding a star to my review!)
Finally, please consider support for Audiobus 3, or even better, AUv3 plug-in capability. I would love to run several instances of this app inside ApeMatrix or AUM simultaneously!

Thanks for the heads up concerning the stations with pre-roll ads! They will be replaced as they are with no doubt disruptive to a creative workflow.

had some problem but the developer contacted me and ironed it out .. your mileage may vary depending on your internet speed (sometimes slow to trigger) but a good idea!
This is cool
I like this app. Are use it as a sound source for electronic music performance. I load it in AUM and then I process it. It always adds an unexpected element. if a radio station doesn’t do it for me I push one of the buttons and listen to another one. Great fun.

What would make it even more amazing as a sound source for sonic experimentation:
1) ability to stream audio from YouTube URLs
2)transport controls for each stream- play/pause/rtz
3) ability to change playback speed
4) more User presets
