Unusable without purchase
Edit: 1 star because there is no way to even trial or test it out. I would assume with an app that is free to download, that there would at least be some features available without payment. But no- the entire app is locked behind an in-app purchase. At least let me see what that subscription will get me before I commit!

We have a subscription model to keep investing on making this app great! That means keeping cleaning schedules up-to-date and developing new features that our users want. The majority of our users are very supportive of it. The price of our subscription is 2 USD / month while a ticket is 90USD - the goal of this app is to help you prevent those tickets and give you peace of mind. I would love if you reviewed the quality of the app and the value it gives you, rather than complaining about it not being free.

The reason we don't run ads is because 1) ads are not a great user experience, and 2) we are not interested in collecting user data. Hi Jess! Thanks for your review. Custom reminders are already in the app, here's how: 1) Set a reminder, 2) When the details pop up, there's a "+ Add notification", tap it and you'll see more options that better work for you. You can also swipe left on the reminders and delete the ones you don't need. Hope that helps!
