Negative things

🐛Since the last update I'm having lot's of issues with item sku numbers needs to be fixed
🚫No good for Australia as there is no space to enter customer ABN for invoices
🚫Almost usable
🚫Can't use
🚫No customer service you can never get them on the phone they don't answer back emails if you're relying on this app if something goes wrong good luck don't want to talk to I don't think it's worth saving a few dollars because their app is cheaper I would go with a company that charges morning kiss life customer service
🚫No calls. No emails. No response. No Support for months!!!

Invoice saving

does not always save a open invoice and then you have to re do it

Almost usable

I used this for a few months and everything works well but it doesn’t allow you to send invoices to phone numbers. It’s a MAJOR drawback that severely limits usability. Went with a different app for the same price that offers this feature.

Inventory and returns item

It would be perfect if you add section for inventory and for return items as expires or damage
Because I have difficulty monitor each Driver inventory and the returns
Other than that everything is wonderful

Can’t use

Paid for 1 year Enterprise subscription but now it gives the error to upgrade, even though next payment isn’t due until 2022. Called several times to customer support no answer, sent emails no answer!

Had some issues, and street invoice resolved the matter promptly. It’s a user friendly app and looks professional to clients. I had some trouble with subscription and billing, but they made it right

Using this to keep my estimates and invoices in order and managed. Excellent system. I would love to see an option where I can upload job pictures to easily refer too. Works great no BS ad pop ups too deal with. 5/5 for me!
