Hopeless
This app is new in my area and sounds great fun, but I’ve been trying repeatedly to sign up to it with no success at all. It let me register a team and then asks me to validate, either by phone or email. If I enter my phone number, it then refuses to process it, giving the message “invalid token”; if I enter my email, it tells me to click on the verification link it has sent me - only it hasn’t.
I was very keen to get involved with this. I mentioned in response to one of the council’s Facebook posts about the app that I was having these problems and the developer responded very quickly, but that was 3 days ago and nothing has changed. Pretty fed up with it now and may just stop trying.

HORRIBLE
I can’t believe how horrible and janky this was. I was just trying to add a single person to my team and there was nothing to help you along the way and it did not work one bit. It seems like someone put three lines of code into their app and left it. Absolutely a farce I would not recommend.

Inconsistent
I’ve been using app for about 6 weeks on an iPhone 11. It only picks up tags when I scan them. I’ve contacted support many times but nothing is resolved. I believe I have all the settings correct. I have tried online and hybrid on line. I walked 10000 steps this morning, I collected points for walking all through the walk, I passed at least 10 tags, not one scanned. Very frustrating!

Keeps crashing
Whenever I set a power hour it just crashes
