I was excited to try it out but it doesn’t let you accept the vehicle until you get there. 3 times in a row, I would get to the vehicle within 15 min. of seeing it available, and when I went there, the car was there but wouldn’t unlock or the car wasn’t there. I gave up on using it.
Great Idea, Very Unreliable App
This is one of the most frustrating apps I’ve used because of the impact when it fails. A weak connection seemed to have corrupted
my account, and I haven’t been able to book a car for three weeks. Compared to EVO, this app struggles badly on poor signal. There’s also no reservation system, so you have to walk to the car hoping it’s still there. If it doesn’t work, you’ve wasted time and often end up paying more for another way to get where you’re going. Support is email-only, which is far too slow for a car-sharing service. The idea is great, but the app and support need major improvements.

Unreliable and unpredictable
Even if you have a car pop up on the app, there is no guarantee that you can take it anyway because the app might just say that there are no destinations.
Waste of time
The roll out was confusing. The app is amateur. There is no transparency. Trips don’t always register. Cars disappear from the map - there’s no way to know if you’re wasting your time travelling 30 mins to fetch a car. Support is either slow or ghosts you. The pay is abysmal. Really disappointing. Lamest “gig” yet.

App is very unpolished
I’m not adding any personal info until the massive number of flaws are addressed and there is some kind of documentation on protection of my information.

Verbindet sich nicht mit Miles
Gibt dann vor zu funktionieren man läuft 15 Minuten hin und er will nicht aufgehen
Félkész állapot
Mire odaérsz egy autóhoz már nincs ott. Egy rövid foglalóidőre lenne szükség, így sok esetben használhatatlan az app.
Ruckelt sehr stark
Die App ruckelt in der aktuellen Version leider so stark, dass ich zukünftig von der Nutzung absehen muss.
praktisch, aber…
es gibt Tage, da werden dauernd Autos angezeigt. Dann gibts Tage, wo plötzlich nicht so viel los ist?!
Vorallem wenn man zwei Fahrten gemacht hat, hat man das Gefühl, dass die App will das man Pause macht weil man wohl sonst zu viel Geld verdient (was absolut mickrig ist).
Aber besser als nichts.
Was auch extrem stört ist, dass man beim Aufladen von Elektroautos manchmal zu Ladesäulen geleitet wird, die garnicht erreichbar sind, weil dort eine Baustelle ist.
Wenn man dann eine Ladesäule findet und laden will, will die App dass man sich erneut einloggt und dann per Miles einloggt?! Dann wird man ausgeloggt bei SC und das alles ist schlechter UX.
Man hat das Gefühl dass die App alle 3 Minuten eine andere Map mit Autos lädt, dh nervt zB wenn man zu einem Auto hingeht was etwas weiter entfernt ist als eben 3 Minuten und plötzlich ist es weg.
Eine Funktion wie bei Miles zum „reservieren“ ist hilfreich.

Garbage
Lohnt sich immer weniger
Bezahlung wird immer weniger, mehr unnötige Parkverbote und die Autos waren früher zentraler. Lohnt nicht mehr wirklich. Aber demotivierend, nutze es maximal noch um kostenlos in die Stadt zu kommen

Thank you for your feedback! Many existing users who had signed up for Miles experienced verification issues after the rollout of Streetcrowd version 3.0.4, which prevented vehicles from unlocking. This issue has been resolved with yesterday's update to version 3.0.7. We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused!
Zu wenig Autos / immer schlechtere Bezahlung leider
Liebe das Team, sehr freundlich und kompetent leider aber Bezahlung und Verfügbarkeiten momentan sehr schlecht

The app has a lot of bugs concerning logging in and staying logged in.
Problem bei der anmeldung
Leider stellt sich bei mir ein problem ein unzwar das ich mich nicht anmelden kann obwohl ich schon einen account habe. Es kommt ein Fehler code, das ein Problem mit meiner internet verbindung gab und ich diese aktualisieren müsse. Ich habe das ganze mit verschieden Wifis probiert aber es funktioniert nicht. Im internet hört man auch von anderen leuten die dieses Problem haben. Eine Lösung wäre sehr praktisch. Danke

Abzocke
Das Auto ließ sich über die App nicht entriegeln, wenn ein Fahrzeug, das in der App war reserviert wurde bei Miles und die Reservierung abgelaufen ist, taucht das Auto erst nach einer halben Ewigkeit wieder in der App auf. Man verschwendet für ein paar Euro Stunden Zeit. Es lohnt sich höchstens, wenn man aus Zufall eh wo hin muss und das dann gelegen käme.

Streetcrowd über die Jahre
Ich habe das jetzt seit etwa 3 Jahren gemacht. An sich macht der Job viel Spaß weil man sehr unabhängig ist. Über die Jahre hat sich die Bezahlung aber dermaßen verschlechtert, dass es einfach nur noch unwürdig ist. Es ist auch nicht nur die Bezahlung die schlechter geworden ist. Es finden keinerlei Verbesserungen an der App statt. Den Nutzern wird nicht zugehört, weder in der WhatsApp Gruppe noch beim Support. Ich habe auch das Gefühl, dass wenn man viel und hart arbeitet bei SteeetCrowd eher bestraft wird als das man belohnt wird. Insgesamt ist es alles sehr intransparent und ich freue mich auf ein neues Kapitel in meinem Arbeitsleben und dass ich diesen Anbieter endlich hinter mir lassen kann.

There is only one available car in the city and right when I arrive they disappear from the map even though they are physically still there.
