App helped to lose weight

30 lbs later and 28 years younger this app makes stress fun and joyful way to keep track of biofeedback. Try and see.

It’s good, but needs to work with the watch

This would be a lot better if they’d connect to the Apple Watch. I’ll check back in the future and try again if it will work with the heart rate variability from the watch.

I’m disappointed with this app

I’ve downloaded and deleted this app about 4 times for the simple reason that it never can sense my finger over the sensor camera. And I know it’s not my phone because I have several other breathing apps that ask for the same thing and it finds and tracks it instantly. Only this app it doesn’t

As we use a unique measurement technology, our calibration is more detail-oriented and requires more accurate measurement than other apps, which is why slight movement of the finger could already disturb your measurement.
