Limited information on exercises
Would not recommend since it contains limited information on WHAT to do for pain. It had a lot of sections mostly talking about ( in videos) a specific muscle and where the muscle is located. Limited exercises. Most topics that appear to be exercises when opened are just discussions on what muscle is where! For example- I have hip pain so I clicked on hip pain topic and no information on exercises for hip pain! There is a mobility section that tell you how to check mobility for different muscles but fails to tell you WHAT to do or what exercises are needed correct any limited mobility. App should have been free imo. You can find these few exercises on YouTube.

No Videos
The links to all of the exercises lead to a blank page. There are no videos. This should not be in the app store.
Needs Audio Cues and Stretches for Both Sides in One Clip
Very informative. Many exercises and instructional videos. The physical therapist really knows her stuff. However, audio cues for starting and stopping all stretches needed. Additionally, movies stretch only one side and need to be replayed to stretch the other side. This should be updated to stretch both sides in one sitting.
Finally, for me, doing the leg stretches really hurt the front of my hips. The exercises state, for example, that for bringing both knees to your chest, your knees should be together. This causes my pain in the front of my hips. If my knees are not together, it doesn't hurt as much. I'd like to see exercises account for this too.

Lack of spoken cues
This is one of the stupidest apps I've ever used. I really wish I could get my money back. Each exercise starts out OK, with an explanation (though you really don't need this every single time), and the voice tells you to start, and a little stopwatch appears. And then, no more voice. You do repetitions of different stretches for specific amounts of time, but apparently they imagine you holding your phone in front of your face the whole time because for some reason, they decided it was not necessary to add voice cues to tell you to stop. I have used many fitness apps, and this is the first one I've seen that requires you to be looking at it while you are exercising. Maybe you could dangle your phone on a string from the ceiling. Yes, that's probably what they had in mind.

Don't waste your money
I paid $3.49 for this app. They have better apps for free. Barely any exercises on it. I deleted it after using it once. Please stir clear of this. You're throwing money into the garbage with this purchase.
The BEST stretching instruction ever!
She is smart and VERY clear with her instructions and videos. Has helped me immensely. Thank you.
IF YOU ARE CURRENTLY IN A HUMAN BODY, YOU NEED THIS APP.
I can't overstate how much this app has helped me regain joint mobility. This is the simplest & most effective system I have ever come across. For my money it's superior to yoga. Takes less time, is simpler and specifically targets the muscles that are most important to stretch in order to maintain mobility.
A cutting edge maintenance manual for the human body.
If you take a small amount of time to learn and apply this system, you will have a set of tools that will maintain your body for the rest of your life.

Stretches for hips
VERY effective but wish it had audio each time you start or stop a rep.
Amazing app
Exercises on here are better than I got from my physio. They're easy to follow and I've found a real difference. Highly recommended!!
Immediate relief!!!
I have done some stretching for a while, but always forget which type if stretch I need for the pain areas that tend to pop up. With scoliosis, it was important to me that I had a resource that showed the stretch, which body area it worked, etc. this app is wonderful. I just downloaded it this morning after awaking so sore and tight I could barely walk across the floor. After a few seconds of watching the videos and doing the reps, I had immediate relief. I'm so pleased, I bought the Upper Body Pain Relief Stretches, too. Definitely worth the purchase.

Great stretches
Great stretches, easy to follow info for the non-medical person...
Personal PT!
This application does exactly what it's supposed to. Patience, technique, and slow but controlled movement with these guidelines can help you relieve any pain you're having from muscle spasms/shortening!
It works!
This routine cleared up my low back pain. Definitely recommend!
Good stuff, BUT......
The information you give with theses apps are great! The down side is your apps take up too much memory space on my devices. Can you please find a way to shrink the size. Ill give all of your apps 5 stars when you do.
Informative, simple, effective
Great stretches - I got immediate relief as well finding stretches that are helpful for keeping me out of pain.
There's a lot of talking and information but it's worth listening through to get to the stretches.
Would love to see a timed, guided session through the stretches rather than listening and counting past the end of the video - keeping the image on the screen and reminding of the key elements while doing the exercises would be great.

More effective than chiropractic
For months I have had lower back pain. I spent hundreds of dollars on gadgets, chiropractic, back patches, anti inflammatory medications, massage. I was really getting angry with these professionals I was giving good money to. I did back exercises and stretches that I normally did to keep myself going. The pain persisted.
I learned new stretches from this app that have helped immensely. The important thing is that there is a lot of information that makes them more effective. You have to do them more than once a day in the beginning. And it's also a good time to kind of meditate. I make my place quiet so I can hear my breathing and count.
Having spent so much money on other things, I didn't hesitate to spend $4 on something else. It's $4. That's what some spend on a cup of coffee and it's cheaper than a bottle of Advil and better for you.

Well worth the purchase
Both this app and the neck stretch app are a good investment for anyone suffering lower back or neck pain. The stretches are well demonstrated and easy to follow with good explanations on what part of the body they work on. I have had great results from these exercises after only a couple of weeks. Highly recommended!

Finally Something That Works
I was diagnosed with ddd 20 years ago. The only treatments offered were physical therapy or spinal fusion. I've avoided spinal fusion. The PT, which I've gone through a few times, consisted of strengthening exercises which just increased my pain level and decreased my mobility. I've been doing these stretches for about a week now and am amazed that something so simple works. My lower back and hips feel like they have been unlocked, and my pain has decreased significantly. One thing I really like is that the instruction is simple and easy to follow.

This an app that has a sound basis in human biomechanics, taught in straightforward easy-to-understand modules. It made a difference to my low back pain after the first day, and has taught me exercises to continue with to prevent a relapse. Worth every penny
