Go. Just go. You CANNOT do the kind of stretching that your body needs on your own. You need these guys. Buy the Intro Stretch. Then after you peel yourself up from the table an hour later, sign up for a package. Just like I did. I saw Jeremy in Newton Centre and he was so nice and gentle. I went today. I need to sleep. My body is so happy. Thank you, Jeremy. Next time I’ll wear better socks. 🧦 🧦 I’m about to get my whole life back. You are gonna learn yourself. Go on. You’re in pain.
