I first downloaded this app, prepared to delete it the same day. I was blown away just from the initial setup and how polished, smooth, and personalized it felt. The app has helped me have a structure to follow when I stretch. I still skip sometimes, but it's nice having something that just tells you what to do. I'm so thankful to the developer.
