In the past, even if I forgot to save it, the daily mileage was saved automatically. That isn't happening now; I think I'm going to have to switch apps.
Having issues
Keeps giving an “stride error” is anyone else whos downloaded this recently having the same issue? I tried to sign up and log in and nothing.

Best app for keeping track for tax season
Love it
When I first started my delivery job I had to figure out a decent app to track my miles and I found this app. It’s easy to use, no hidden fees plus it has options. Love the income option as well so I can kinda get an estimate of the taxes I owe.
Tracker doesn’t work, don’t bother
The GPS tracker for your miles keeps stopping, losing whole day’s worth of work. Trackers like this never work. You’re better off looking at your mile meter and tracking everything on Excel then look up deduction rates when you file.
Ridiculous
Refuses to allow me to sign up for an account. I tried everything I could think of. Nope.

Stride keeps is user friendly, records mileage and income can be added manually . I give 5 stars because it’s making filing taxes a breeze. Plus it helps with finding insurance. Easiest and most helpful app I have used.

I’ve been using Stride for a long time and I had many problems in the beginning, as I sent you messages about! Yet you have corrected most issues thank you & herein lies the problem still…
I have been trying to print out and yes I change the year for my annual tax info… I am amending and had filed an extension, so I need 2024 and 25 tax info even though I’m changing the year you’re sending me ‘2026 only’ and I’ve tried this several times and you keep sending me 2026 only so you’re glitchy system is messing me up!

Not good for tracking mileage
I’ve been using this app for a little while now and it keeps logging me out of the app while tracking my active mileage and when I have to log back in, it didn’t record or save any of it. This is extremely annoying. And this hasn’t been just a one time thing has been multiple multiple times.
Useful but missing this
Great app. Looking for a way to different miles on the fly that all can contribute to an overall total but have different uses. Drive/Deadhead/Other Business and a pause for breaks without having to end the drive.
Three buttons could be on screen during a drive and touching one would record that method until another button was pushed.

I have never wrote a review for an app, so this should tell you how bad this is. I only downloaded this app. Discovered an old app I used does more, better. So I deleted Stride. They have spammed my mailbox to no end! Iv done everything to make them stop and they email every single day! YOU’VE BEEN WARNED!

Useful but missing this
Great app but no in app log of previous entries or to way correct an entry error. This is unfortunate because otherwise it seems to be a very helpful app.
Good mileage tracker
It is a very good mileage tracker but their recent change on the tax estimator makes that part literally garbage. It now assumes your tips are subject to 15.3% self employment taxes with no respect for schedule c deductions for expenses. We all know tips are still subject to self employment taxes but they don’t ignore expenses. Their estimator takes shortcuts that gives you an inaccurate view of your tax bill. Test it out, you can enter expenses that bring you to a loss and if there are tips it will still say you will owe taxes becasue of your tips which is not how that works. I will go to using a spreadsheet, stride was good because its free but I don’t need to be told I should save hundreds of dollars for a tax bill I won’t have because you are taking shortcuts to calculate it. That doesn’t help anyone. What I need is a realistic estimator that lets me know if I even need to file a quarterly payment which isn’t required before you expect to have a tax bill over 1000 for the year. All taxes are against net earnings not gross earnings so tips are reduced by expenses (which you are now calling deductions and ignoring them on the tips)
