Scam App

After my first withdrawal attempt, they suspended my account and stated it was because of “fraud”. I responded to them and provided proof that I actually completed the activity and they haven’t responded in almost 2 weeks to that email. They had no problems with taking my deposit though of course. It sucks cause I had to work really hard to reach the goals set for the week and it ended up being all for nothing cause they’re scamming. They also have the nerve to put my name in the leaderboards with a “paid” icon right next to it to act like they paid out when in reality they suspended my account for no reason at all

Response from developer

Hi Roshan. Because this review makes claims about money and our integrity, we'll state the record plainly. Your account was not suspended "for no reason." It was suspended after a manual review found activity records that are physically impossible: a 35-second workout claiming 1,863 kcal (roughly the energy cost of a marathon), a workout with a duration of zero seconds, and daily totals that contradict each other, all landing exactly on the days that decided challenge placements. You asked for a second review. We did a full one, confirmed every finding independently, and sent you the details in writing. Fair play is the entire point of Stride, and we remove accounts that compete with data that isn't real. That protects every honest player putting in real work. On the money: we did not keep your deposit. It was refunded in full on the same account, and we emailed you the receipt on Aug 16 in our reply to your last message (check spam if you don't see it, it comes from our admin address). No prize was ever paid on the flagged results, and the leaderboard entry you mention is simply how a suspended account's past record displays. We understand losing an account feels bad, but the review was based entirely on the raw records your own device submitted, the decision is final, and your money was returned. We wish you the best.
