FAQ

What injuries does Stride help with?

Stride is designed for return-to-run rehab for various injuries including ACL, meniscus, hip, hamstring, calf, Achilles, shin, foot, ankle, or back. It supports both surgical and non-surgical recovery paths.

How does Stride help manage my training load?

Stride uses an adaptive run/walk ladder that progresses your intervals based on your recent session performance and symptom scores. It will ease off if your symptoms indicate you've pushed too hard.

Can Stride track my physical therapy exercises?

Yes, Stride allows you to log the strength and mobility exercises prescribed by your physical therapist. You can group them into workouts and set weekly targets to monitor your compliance.

Does Stride integrate with other health apps?

Stride offers auto-import from Apple Health, allowing it to pull in data from runs, walks, hikes, and rides. It can also work with Garmin data via Apple Health.

How does Stride's AI coach work?

The AI coach reviews your symptom scores and training load data weekly, identifying patterns that might be worth discussing with your PT. It reports on the data but leaves progression decisions to the run/walk ladder.

Is my data private with Stride?

Stride is local-first, meaning your symptom scores, notes, and training history are stored on your device and are not uploaded to Stride servers, ensuring your data remains private.

What are the subscription options for Stride Pro?

Stride offers a Pro subscription with monthly and yearly plans. The monthly plan costs $4.99 per month, and the yearly plan is $39.99 per year.

Does Stride have ads?

Stride does not contain advertisements. The app is free to use, with optional in-app purchases for advanced features through its Pro subscription.
