About

Stride turns the data your Apple Watch already records into the training insights runners usually pay a subscription for. Everything is calculated on your iPhone from Apple Health. There's no account, no sign-up, and your health data never leaves your device. RECOVERY, EVERY MORNING A 0–100 recovery score from your HRV, resting heart rate, sleep and yesterday's training, measured against baselines learned from you rather than population averages. You can see exactly which inputs moved it and why. FITNESS, FATIGUE & FORM See how your training is building fitness and fatigue over 42 and 7 days, whether you're fresh or tired, and how much load each session added. MATCHED RUNS Runs over the same ground are grouped automatically. Each route shows your personal best and a heart-rate-adjusted trend, so you can tell whether you're actually getting faster for the same effort. PERSONAL BESTS & PREDICTIONS Your fastest 400 m, 1 km, mile, 5 km and 10 km are found inside every run, even in the middle of a long one. Includes a best-effort curve and race predictions. TRENDS IN ONE PLACE Training load, weekly distance, zone mix, recovery, HRV, resting heart rate, sleep, cardio fitness, weight, steps and energy, each with your average and latest reading. Flag days in the journal (alcohol, illness, travel, medication changes) and see them marked on every chart. HEART RATE ZONES Zones based on your own highest recorded heart rate, with time in zone for every workout. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Stride only reads from Apple Health. It never writes to it, and your health data is never uploaded or used for advertising. Stride is free and supported by ads. Stride works best with an Apple Watch. Runs, routes and records work from any workout saved to Apple Health; the recovery score needs HRV, resting heart rate or sleep data. Stride's figures are training estimates, not medical advice.
