Strideloft 1.2 — Pace & Stride Lab + Personal Bests + CSV Export New in 1.2: - Pace & Stride Lab (Pro tab): enter your target pace and height to get your expected cadence range and stride length per step — calculated from published recreational-runner pace data (offline, no GPS). - Cadence by Pace Zone table: a built-in offline reference showing expected SPM for Easy, Long Run, Marathon, Tempo, Half Marathon, 10K, and 5K paces. - Personal Bests card in History: shows your best average SPM, best time-in-target, and longest run at a glance. - CSV export: tap the share button in History to export all saved runs as a spreadsheet-ready CSV. - Bug fix: saved runs now correctly record the target zone you had set in Settings at the time of the run (previously always saved as 170–180 SPM regardless of your custom setting). - Version number in Settings now reads from the app bundle instead of being hardcoded.
