App doesnt synch with nutrition or steps if you dont open it. Weight also doesnt synch you need to enter manually. Bad app compared to competitors
Potential but Technical Bugs
The app has great structure and has a lot of potential for use but as a client, I'm not able to save and close my responses to send to my trainer. I don't know if it's an error with the app as I run into the same issue using the Safari version of the application.
Don’t sign up to this
I signed up to the free trial as I was shopping around for a new app to train my clients. I decided to go with a different app and tried getting in contact with the Stridist team to cancel before the trial period ended. Multiple emails and messages later and nobody got back to me. I was charged for the first month (as there isn’t an option to cancel on the app) and again tried to get in contact to get a refund and a confirmation that I won’t be charged any further. Still didn’t hear from anyone and I’m currently speaking to my bank to get my money back.

New update is quick as a flash
Horrific… trying to destroy my business
After a year of waiting for updates that never arrived, I asked for a snapshot of my account so I could transfer and move over to another platform. They have withheld all my customers data, my websites, automations and refused to send me a snapshot so I can transfer over.
This company initially unintentionally slowed my business down with their glitchy, slow software that I had nothing but complaints from clients about
Now, when trying to leave, they are intentionally trying to withhold my customer data, and my whole business.
