The app doesn’t work at all.
Decent for field work
This app is useful for in the field measurements for Strike and dip with exceptional ease. However, finding where you measured your measurements is a right pain as you cannot search for the area or click on your recording to jump to the locality. Also, the large circles are obscuring and offer no visual help if, let's say, you wanted to share your work with another colleague. Overall decent, just interface and visual issues that bring it down from a 5

Amazing App! Easy to use and precise. I am blown away!
Terrible app!
The numbers this app gives me don't seem to have any relation to reality. The strike and dip numbers I get are wildly off from what they should be. I have run the calibration, yet the app still thinks my phone is level when I have it tilted up about 30°. I just can't figure out where this app gets its numbers! It would be nice to rely on this rather than carry a Brunton, I need accuracy to make it useful.

the worst f the strike dip apps
I have tried all thre Strike Dip apps available in the app store. THe other two work well...this one does not give a sensible reading on my iphone 4. The bearing readings are correct, but the strike and dip are not related to any orientation of the phone. Get one of the other ones instead of this one.
