Never forget a string change again
I absolutely love String Ledger! As someone who plays regularly, it’s been a game changer for keeping track of when I change the strings on all my guitars. No more trying to remember when I last restrung an instrument or guessing how much life is left in a set of strings.
The built-in Amazon links are awesome too. When I need new strings, I can quickly find the exact set I use and order them in just a few taps. It makes replacing strings so much easier and more convenient.
I also use the gig calendar all the time. It’s a great way to keep track of upcoming shows, and the reminders help me stay on top of everything I need to do before a gig. Between managing my guitars, ordering strings, and keeping my schedule organized, this app has become an essential part of my routine.

Guitar Photos
Looks very promising by why are guitar photos constrained to a square framing? Can’t fit entire guitar into photo.

Thank you so much for this feedback — you identified a real limitation, and it directly inspired a change we just shipped! In the latest update, photos taken with the camera are no longer force-cropped to a square — the full image is preserved exactly as you captured it. We also added a thumbnail crop tool so you have full control over how your photo appears in the instrument and gear lists. To use it, just tap any photo in the gallery, then swipe left or right to select the image you want. From there, you'll find zoom and crop controls to frame your thumbnail exactly how you'd like it. Great app for violinists.
I can track my instruments, log service records and set reminders for string changes. Works just as well for violin as it does for guitar.

Clean app, does what it promises. I track all my guitars, log string changes and get reminded when something needs attention. The collection inventory alone is worth five stars. If you own more than two guitars, gear or other stringed instrument you need this.
