No

A basic drawing program with limited tools, no user definable components and crashes often. Do not buy.

So close, missing lots of small things.

This is missing some small things. Coloured text and text with outline (black outline on white text) because its hard to read text when its over the board

Coloured wires! You even have a context menu to add this. Coloured traces and being able to highlight connected things would be awesome.

A custom symbol would be amazing, to be able to say “this is a 5 pin regulator” would be awesome.

Unfortunately, as good as this software is, i think its only good because there are not many good options out there.

Excellent. Stunning. Transcendental. Liberating.

Intuitive. Fast and easy to use. A JOY. Everything you need without any distracting bells and whistles. This deserves a 6 out of 5. Anyone rating this less than 5 should open it and try it out at least once. I’m looking at you, Butterwaffle.

Disappointed

I put together my first project, fairly easy to use interface which is great. I saved the project to good some chores. Come back to it later to find a blank board where my finished job was. Gonna give it another go but I’m pretty annoyed to have wasted my time so far

Nice

I’m pleased with this app. Makes life a lot easier, would be nice if developer could add coloured leds. Thumbs up to the developer. Thanks

Productive tool

I think this is a stripped down version of the pc version, but with all the functions I need. I am slowly amassing new projects, guitar fx and synth boards from schematics. Nice drag and move objects. There is text too by the way.
Very rarely crashes , hasn't done for quite some time. Very clear minimal look when all done. Big thanks to the dev, helped my productivity immeasurably.

Do yourself a favor.

This app is fantastic.

Becoming useful...

I like this app. REALLY helpful to have on iPad. I do, however, wish it had potentiometers, wires, edge numbers and letters, trim pots etc...just some basic stuff. A bit of control over layers would be good too.

Dreadfull

Worst piece of software on the app store.
Literally no functionality and crashes so often it is useless. Does not even rate 1 star.

Buggy and clunky

Nice ideas, poorly implemented with a dreadful UI and a nasty habit of losing your work - sometimes it just undoes your last few moves for no apparent reason, sometimes it doesn't save and you lose hours of work. Broken - avoid.

A great start

This app is a great start at tool for capturing prototype circuits. I often find myself wanting to try other circuits out with an Arduino or Edison but hesitate because it means disconnecting what it's being used for now. This app goes a long way to alleviating the problem.

The main issue is that the drawing area is not large enough to hold a big design and it is too hard to select a different component instead of moving the one already selected. If there was a way to zoom in and out as well as favor already selected items over nearby ones, I would be really amazed and give it 5 stars.

Very useful app

Having a Stripboard, or Veroboard, layout tool running on my iPad is very convenient. This is a welcome addition the suite of electronics related apps I have. It's easy to use and I can prototype designs very quickly and easily.

Long time coming...

Been waiting for this for awhile. A mobile option to layout stripboard projects. This app delivers and exceeds expectations. Great app for DIY circuit makers (I think its roots are in the DIY guitar pedal community). Would've paid double for this app.
