Strive App gives you access to a health risk assessment, which takes a few minutes to complete, and provides personalized recommendations and opportunities to make positive changes to your lifestyle. Take action by joining simple and fun trackers. Strive App can be offered by your employer’s health and well-being program on a voluntary basis and is strictly confidential. When participating in trackers, you can synchronize your connected device's data through Health app for a complete user experience. For example, if you are participating in a running tracker, you can authorize access to your Health app and your running data will be synchronized at app launch with the tracker you are participating in.
