It’s a Euclidean sequencer, it has Braids built-in, really smart MIDI and performance capabilities, and that is scratching the surface. You can do a LOT in the standalone, and the AUv3 really asserts itself as a powerful player in a mix in your mixer or daw. Hardly a day goes by that this doesn’t help me to be creative. It rewards careful learning and patience at first, but once I got used to it, I want to use it in every mix. The approach to pitch, a sort of control-voltage approach, is probably the most challenging aspect, but it makes it more “modular” and there are enough piano rolls.

Gets better every time I use it… enjoyment is infinity squared
I used this app and was blown away. I used it the next day and found more things that blew me away. It has been like that every day since. Some apps challenge you and poke you into new ways of thinking and creating. I could live for a thousand years and never feel like I had fully explored the possibilities but I would know I had a marvellous time trying.
I have numerous sessions that I have saved and I can load them up and blend them in to whatever new jam I have just created. An eternal jam that never sounds the same twice.

Really powerful ..
This strokes is a brilliantly designed and thought out groove-unit.
And sound quality is high quality. Really excellent.
It’s a bit like some sort of Elektron device, but at a fraction of the price.

Amazing piece of kit!
From rhythm to synthscapes, midi sequencer to modulation mayhem, rigid structure to wild performance, all so cleverly realised - this is a beast of such flexible and creative possibilities - I can’t recommend it enough.
UI color
adding a few UI color options, light blue, bright orange, lime green would look really good. Just a thought….great work!

Unique and inventive sequencing
There’s nothing quite like this on iOS. Modular sequencing and modulation without the cables. An inspiring piece of software.
At first a bit daunting, don’t let that dissuade you though.
I’ve explored a lot of sequencers and grooveboxes over the years and have come to the conclusion that this one is quite exceptional. The combination of inter-connected modulation routing with its unique probability/chance schemes make mechanical sequences seem to breath and evolve. Also don’t forget to find that little “swing” slider button and use it . Lastly, the internal sounds are great and useable as well as flexible and varied. However, if that is not enough or not to your liking , you can always load your own samples. I found myself engrossed with it for hours (even bothering to read the very clearly written manual). I can’t believe it is an multi instance AU app that I can use in AUM to trigger other instruments which I’ve still yet to try . Deep and worth every penny.

Brilliant
Steep learning curve but one of the best music apps on the store. It’s pretty easy to get something going without knowing what it’s doing. You can get a long way just tweaking the demo patches. It’s very deep though and the time you invest in learning how it works really pays off. With the recent additions of sample players and synth engines you an create anything from polyrhythmic techno to beautifully evolving melodies. Awesome stuff!

Must have purchase
I purchased this a bit blind as I wanted something different and as you can bring projects across from your computer to this is a game changer persistence is required but once you get what you can achieve in my eyes this is the best iOS app for randomisation I have most of them but musically this blows the rest and the designer is on hand and listerns to any input and does add changes he’s been unreal and it’s just him working endlessly and that alone is a huge inspiration this app is still in its infancy and every update which now are coming fast it’s like a secret people are not talking about so please jump on this the results and now what’s possible with samples and synthesis on top,of externally triggering other apps it’s going down the rabbit hole but not blindly

Rewards patience
A bit of a steep learning curve, but persevere and you'll be rewarded with a unique take on a sequencer. Some very clever features like the sampler, euclidian sequences, and the plaits synth can lead to some surprising and unexpected results. The developer is very open to suggestions and is continually improving the app. Highly recommended for all ios music makers.

Incredibly Powerful
This software is seriously impressive. My knowledge and navigation around it so far is just the tip of the iceberg but I’m already having results of sound sculpting I wouldn’t have been able to come up with anywhere near as easily in other programs.
The fact that this is often updated with more and more options + the stability easily makes this a no-brainer purchase. Can’t recommend it enough. Thank you for all the hard work into this and for sharing it!

The last 2 updates have definitely turned this from a complex sequencing app to a limitless playground of fun with samples and plaits engine. Desktop quality on a iPad is amazing.
