Never pick up
There are no drivers. It’s 9:40pm and I’m trying to go back home. My stroll ride is $80 plus tip and no one for an hour now has picked it up. This is the worst. Taxi’s cost less and they come immediately.

Nice ride, clean,vehicles and kind people. Average cost seems around $30. It seems to be normal because even the motel charged that me if I would have used their service so just use them.
Much to improve
Try using AI, I recommend Claude or ChatGPT. This service has a great amount of growing and improvement to ascend.

Price gouging is insane
The price gouging is absolutely insane the only good thing about stroll is the drivers hence the 2 stars. I Would never recommend this app to anyone.

使いやすいしくるのが早い
SNSから情報を得て、グアムで利用しました。他の旅行会社からタクシーを呼ぶよりホテルでタクシーを呼ぶより半額以下と安く、乗る場所と行き先を入力すると乗れる人数や金額が出て分かりやすく、迎えの車の車種や色などもあるので迷うことなく乗れます。乗る時は番号を言われるので画面を見せると乗せてくれます。
乗車予約をするとすぐにマッチングし、すぐ迎えに来てくれました。帰りは早朝フライトでしたがあらかじめ予約を入れておくと、問題なく時間通りに来てくれました。
行先も入れているの挨拶以外無言なことが多いですが、たまにお話好きな運転手の方もいてそれはそれでおすすめのお店を教えてくれたり、リストをくれたり交流もあったので楽しかったです。
待ち合わせ場所に迷った時はメッセージをくれて、ここにいるよと写真もくれてわかりやすかったです。操作も簡単でした。バスは1時間に1本だったり、急に休憩するから降りてと言われたりしたので、時間の無駄なく移動できるこちらがおすすめです。

メチャクチャ便利
グアム到着後から滞在中、帰宅のホテルから空港までと大活躍！ ボラれないし日本語喋れる運転手多くてこのアプリ入れてて良かったです。 むしろ作ってくれてありがとうございました😊
しっかり対応してもらえる
手続きの不一致でキャンセル料が発生するトラブルがあったが、カスタマーサポートでしっかり対応していただけた。

information unclear, customer service nonexistent
prices /rates are unclear and not specified before you make the decision to call for a ride. and they don't respond to their emails or whatsapp about prices. a price sheet that specifies the rates per mile or per minute or whatever would be very helpful. it's unfortunate that none of my inquiries have been responded to.

Very Overpriced…
Very overprice, needs competition. It’s kind of curious that the Uber app is accessible here but no cars are available on the island.

Great ride share service a tad expensive but still better than a taxi. You can request a ride a day early. Need to be at the airport by 0330am and order a ride the day before and he showed up. Their customer service is impressive. I often sent questions via email and have gotten a response within minutes. My only issue is that it’s very difficult to find drivers with base access and when I first arrived in Guam they used to accept cash as a form of payment but they removed that option.
