Tolle App

Eine wirklich tolle App🤩Man kann mit vielen verschiedenen Übungen die Sprache erlernen. Jedoch stört es mich etwas, das in den Muttersprachen nicht deutsch dabei ist. Mit einigen englischen Wörtern hadere ich und das macht es dann etwas schwer. Es wäre mega toll, wenn das vielleicht erweitert werden könnte 😁

Du hast völlig recht, dass Deutsch noch nicht als Muttersprache zur Auswahl steht, möchten wir unbedingt ändern. Und wir haben gute Nachrichten: Wir arbeiten bereits an der deutschen Sprachunterstützung und planen, sie in den kommenden Wochen hinzuzufügen. ok so i’m moving to amsterdam in 3 months and i’ve been lowkey panicking about the language. tried another app but it felt like i was learning random words with no context. found this app last week and honestly did not expect much but the scenario thing where you describe your actual situation and it builds a lesson around it?? that’s actually cool. i did one for a doctor’s appointment i have next week and it was exactly what i needed. the roleplay missions are kinda hard ngl i tried to complain to a landlord and completely failed 😭 but like i actually learned from it. also scanned a letter i got from the belastingdienst (still don’t know what that is) and it just pulled out the words i needed to know. wish i had found this before i started stressing. will report back once i actually land in amsterdam

And don’t worry about failing the landlord roleplay. Complaining in Dutch is an advanced life skill even for natives 😄 As for the Belastingdienst… that’s the Dutch tax office, and trust us, even Dutchies stress about those letters.
