Useless!
This app needs more improvement like pushing the main boss to recognize their employees. There’s no point in having this if you don’t get any compliments. I work two jobs but my two managers don’t say anything thing about me. I miss Snappy! If Snappy has an app, it will be awesome! 💔🥲😭 I check once awhile but never my name got mentioned. Please update it so the managers can write something nice to their employees. I think it’s useless! There are so many PA employees and I don’t get any compliments!!!!! I am waiting patiently for a year now. Yes! This app is definitely useless! Hopefully there’s a way for you to push the managers to say something nice about their employees! I hate this app; always checking for my name to me mentioned but I guess I am not important enough so I lash out! You want us to have those qualities then please tell the managers to recognize one of their employees! I will stay away from this app for another couple years and never look back!! I don’t like this app!!!! No one recognizes me anymore and I miss Snappy!!! I would love to give this app a zero stars!!!!

Great connectivity tool
This app has truly improved the way I connect with my colleagues. When I started at my new company, Structural helped me quickly understand the organization and figure out who’s who. The directory makes it easy to search for people based on their experience, skills, and projects. I receive company updates from team leads weekly through Structural and use the app almost daily to celebrate birthdays and work anniversaries. I feel connected to my team even though we’re spread across multiple states and we often work remotely. It’s really simple for me to send my team a picture or a poll right in the app instead of navigating to email or another website. The app itself is easy to navigate and their support team is quick to respond.

Useful app but needs work
The concept of this app is great and is a great networking tool for the company I work for, but wow does it need a lot of work. I open it probably 3 times a day and it usually crashes at least 2 of those times and I have to reopen it. The load time to view a profile can take several minutes and the red notification icon on the app sometimes doesn’t go away even after you’ve viewed all of your notifications. I’m more than happy to provide more detailed feedback to the development team if that would be helpful, but I felt like this should be voiced on behalf of many users in my company who are frustrated.
