Parent’s nightmare
This has been one of the most unreliable apps when it comes to tracking your child’s location. I raised concerns through the school and even contacted the app developer directly, but no action was taken despite multiple follow-ups. It’s disappointing to see such lack of responsiveness, especially for an app that’s meant to ensure children’s safety.

App crashes
The app crashes on my iPhone, please advise how to use it. My device is up to date.
Cannot register
When I try to register it say go to Gems Connect but it there is no option to register there.

It’s easy to use for student transport.
