Don’t waste your money on this app.
This app continues to crash and slow filling in copy and photos. You cannot contact anyone in the states to help, everything goes through the Philippines. If you call the paper you are transferee to the Philippines. TCPalm is owned by USA Today and they don’t care, don’t waste your money.

I’ve tried everything including deleting and reinstalling this app. It crashes, content just disappears and it’s generally just unusable.

Very buggy
Please fix this. Much too buggy. This app hasn't been updated in years. As a result even new iPad Pros often crash.

Dropped Again
Due to continued price hikes without notification, I switched to online only subscription. In past it worked well. Now with so many dropping the paper delivery, the app appears to be downgraded.
It does not seem to really download. It freezes. It goes blank. It is a chore to read the full paper without multiple reboots. It is impossible to read when traveling on the road or air.
I have attempted to delete app and hopefully download a new update version of app. Doesn’t help. I may finally Drop my subscription.

Constant freezing and crashing
Please fix. Cannot get thru a section without freezing and/or crashing.

App crashes constantly with iPadOS14. The app has not been updated for two years now. I won't keep my subscription if this continues.

The e edition is full of typos and the app keeps on freezing up. To add insult to injury the Stuart News sent out an email blast bragging about their focus on good customer service. My guess is that their web site is underpowered for the number of subscribers it has. This Stuart News is definitely a second rate newspaper company.
Update August 2020. App is locking up agIn every day. I deleted the app, reinstalled it, and it still froze.
Update October 2020. Still terrible. It still locks up, I again deleted the app and reloaded it. It froze agin the first time I used it. The app writers are just as incompetent as the biased reporters for this awful paper.

Bugs need to be addressed!
App has been freezing more and more frequently over the last several weeks...after just renewing my subscription I find this totally frustrating...

This app is a piece of crap, freezes up ,won’t load,have to sign in every time. Don’t bother with it
Lousy app
It freezes up, out of focus. Sometimes it works ok, then stops. Most of the time I just give up & go read something else. I’ve complained to them several times, they said to delete it & reload it,still doesn’t work right
